Wow I remember being at this game. I was 8. Being a youth hockey player at the time, it was shocking to see something like this happen. It's amazing what you can find on the internet.

Could you imagine one of the Goaltenders from 40-50 years ago not wearing a helmet taking a slapshot to the head? Oh god it would be terrible
