Today is Day 7 for me and I felt great but tonight I feel that emotional low that you talk about. I hope it's just detox. Either way, I'm full steam ahead:)
It is soooo hard and fabulous all at the same time. It really teaches patience, courage, gratefulness, self discipline etc... but 75% if the folks who try it fail (I read that in a book I have) - so to actually have faith in the process and yourself enough to get through at least the minimum 10 days is AMAZING. I bet that you can do it, if you really wanted the challenge. I did it to "reset" my pallet for healthier foods, to "detox" and jump start my weight loss journey.
You're beautiful. Really, it's hard to see when you're looking at yourself, but know, from the view of others you are incredible, strong, and gorgeous. A life time journey indeed, but well worth the struggle and turmoil if it keeps you healthy and where you want to be. Much love.
Nice Vid and Keep Up The Good Work. I've started the cleanse as well but only from last monday, so today was my 3rd day.. And it was a hard one.. But seeing your vids encouraged me and gave me some energy to hang on there, so thank you for that and you too hang on there..
