now, salamanders are nice, but a much better substitute would be Ice Burst (ancients) or ice barrage. I prefer ice barrage but ice burst works well too if you are not 94 mage. for getting all of the rock crabs together, i suggest using rune throwing axe spcial (hits all neemies in the area)

And giant rockies sucks for charms dropping, the mostly drop gold which is the badest summoning xp and most expensive since it's the most common to get!

@33200 Again, this is off topic, but EVEN BETTER WAY is using sol, and full battle robes and barrage/blitz/burst... i litterally stayed for over 40 trips without using one shark and only about 2 pray pots... my stats are only 94 mage, and 81 defence lol....

you can also go to the hellhounds.

no prayer needed just 70+ range to get decend hits, also decend xp.

and maybe a anti dragonfireshield to get past blue drags.
