Reverse the roles in 2009. Julio has a solid QB who doesn't make many mistakes throw him the ball. AJ's QB sat on the bench for three years and threw 15 INTs his SR season. AJ finishes with more catches, yards and TDs despite barely seeing the field in the last 4 games because of an injury. Both are future first-rounders, but AJ has had a better college career so far.

Crabtrees stats are huge and hes gonna be a big time pro, but his stats dont mean anything. Its just like colt brennan at hawaii, after a few years hes efficient and stats are huge but when his team plays a real defense, that offense doesnt look so unstoppable.

Crabtree is not as good as the stats say. 17 of his 22 TDs came against SMU, UTEP, Rice, OSU, Iowa State, and Northwestern State. The best stat of all though, is the 14.6 average, which is mediocre for a big play non-system wideout. He might be the best receiver in the country but i don't see him making a huge impact on Sundays.

He needed exposure cause his team didnt pass alot. Obviously he had medicore grades too but schools like LSU and Ole Miss recruit kids with 55 averages. And Surrency has only played 4 games where as Green and Jones played every game.

I see maybe 4 or 5 total yards in four minutes of highlight clips. To compete in the SEC you have to have speed and do something AFTER the catch! its easy to be bigger and taller than everybody else and can catch the ball, but you have to be a total package! And crabtree didnt reinvent any system, that system is the same it has always been, they just have a 3 year starter at qb who runs the system very efficiently and one big play receiver who gets 20 balls thrown his way per game. Crabtrees stats are huge and hes gonna be a big time pro, but his stats dont mean anything. Its just like colt brennan at hawaii, after a few years hes efficient and stats are huge but when his team plays a real defense, that offense doesnt look so unstoppable.

Crabtree is not as good as the stats say. 17 of his 22 TDs came against SMU, UTEP, Rice, OSU, Iowa State, and Northwestern State. The best stat of all though, is the 14.6 average, which is mediocre for a big play non-system wideout. He might be the best receiver in the country but i don't see him making a huge impact on Sundays.

Going to JUCO means one of two things, D-1 didnt want you or you were too stupid to qualify, thats what it has to do with. Why did he break the records as a freshman? because he has a good qb who throws the ball 50 times a game, and about 15-20 of those throws go his way because hes the best WR on the team. He needed exposure cause his team didnt pass alot. Obviously he had medicore grades too but schools like LSU and Ole Miss recruit kids with 55 averages. And Surrency has only played 4 games where as Green and Jones played every game.

Are you serious? Jones and Green both got this guy beat, I stop watching after 4 minutes, he has no break away speed, and what about yards AFTER the catch? I see maybe 4 or 5 total yards in four minutes of highlight clips. To compete in the SEC you have to have speed and do something AFTER the catch! its easy to be bigger and taller than everybody else and can catch the ball, but you have to be a total package! He does have good hands though. thats about it.

Prattville is the only high school in alabama ranked this year. Look it up and see how many florida high schools are ranked. There are three florida high schools in the top 15. I am a huge FSU fan. However, Julio Jones, on paper, could play in the NFL today. Period. Surrency will be a good player without a doubt. Jones, unfortunately, for us nole fans, could be the best receiver to come out of HS in history. We still have a bit more building to do before we reclaim our rightful spot atop the CFB world.

Roll Tide to all you haters out there...Julio is the man! Hands DOWN...so cut the malarky!!! Alabama will always have 12 and lets not the forget the one that we were robbed of.We cant wait to see FSU or ANYBODY on the field...becuase thats how we ROLL... Saban is weeding out all of the weak links, and very soon we will be tacking on some more Chapionships!! RAMMER JAMMER YELLOWHAMMER!!

How did this go from Surrency to ACC vs SEC? SEC is the best conference. It may not always be that way, but right now they are. It's amazing that an Alabama fan is talking shit to a FSU fan, when beat Bama last year...And FSU lost to Kentucky in the bowl game, but FSU was down like 30 players...and STILL almost won. Surrency is a beast, and his competition was ALOT harder than Jones. But, he is also 2 years older. I don't think you can compare the 2 right now. Both are going to be great players.

i dont see how an ACC fan can say the SEC sucks.. especially a FSU fan. i mean the gators keep beating fsu each year. even in your bowl game last year you got beat by a weak SEC team. out of the past 6 years FSU has a record of 3-6 when playing a SEC team. i mean haven't the past two national champions come from the SEC? In fact the SEC's all time record against the ACC is 251-117-10. not too bad for a conference that "sucks".. and as for titles, bama alone has the ACC covered with 12 (ACC=9)

cfcnole, like how old are u? u say some of the gayest words a person could say and the SEC sucks???? WHAT!!! we r the best every year and EVERYONE knows it. bama will win more than six games this year and dont be surprised if we beat clemson, they have two good running back and a weak D... by the way um ACC= weak. surrencury sucks florida state sucks. and all seminole fans suck
