Meh, I'm not holding the lip-syncing against her in this case. Unfortunately, a lot of music shows force their audiences to do it, as mentioned by other comments. The artists may sing and perform live, and the audiences in the studio may even hear it, but whatever's shown on TV is synced to a recorded track. In any case, the song, performance, and her awesome look here, are all still beautiful.

They use the performances as "music videos" of sorts, so they play the album track, the artist and band mime the entire performance. It isn't a bad thing, I don't see why this is such a debate. It is obvious. Look away from the video and you are hearing the album track.
