I wanna escape from delicious, im sick of it, but is there any other option like pinboard? I have no problems paying for a service if it works, but i read in the comments that is getting kind of slow (no excuses!)
@Ikar1 It had a rough transition because it got really popular at once. I've been using it again with no problems anymore after he switched servers. I still highly recommend it!

I'm just saying. I'm not trying to be a dick. But people on Youtube and that have websites make their money off of ads and if you block them then you aren't helping anyone.
I just created a Pinboard account last night an have to disagree with your statement that the site is "super fast". The slowness so far is almost a deal-breaker. It takes a good 3-8 seconds to respond to any click, as well as (more annoyingly) to process the bookmarklet requests.
It probably WAS super fast when you reviewed it, but I'd like to know if you've seen a slow down, and if so whether it's been a real trend or perhaps just a brief server hiccup.
@JimKalafut Yup, I can confirm that it has been very slow lately. I don't think it's been a trend necessarily, however, I think the owner has been doing testing with a lot of different server companies to see what's best for the budget and speed of the website. I think over time it will get better once he gets it all in order, but for now, I guess we just have to wait it out. I've been using the Chrome extension to avoid going to the website as often.
@JimKalafut There's also the fact that a lot of people (read: thousands) moved from Delicious to Pinboard in a few days, and every website would have trouble keeping up. I know for a fact that Diigo was even worse than Pinboard in reaction time those days.
