if people are really concerned about noise than ban harleys, lawn mowers, go karts, ATVs, boats, planes, and jets. If your concerned about pollution, than ban everything that runs on gas. A leaf blowers tiny engine burns hardly any gas and produces less pollution than about every other engine out there. But people just decide to pick on one thing because its something they don't use or need. I rely on my leaf blowers to clean the yard, and on many of my projects such as a hovercraft.
that is completely idiotic. They should just have a general noise law, and then they can have leaf blowers fall under that rule. you're right, they're going to have to go way too specific and if they do...I vote for babies crying to be next!

Leaf blowers - are polluters and very noisy. Rakes and brooms work better.
Check out the EPA report - they are not good for you!
