This is not a UFO. This is the problematic Russian ICBM Bulava missile which is submarine based. Russian army officials did say 2 days after this that this was a Bulava missile which went wrong. It went wrong in the third stage and the nozzle broke down which did that the missile spinned aroud istead if going straight. Just like a firework without a tail. In for example 0:20 the blue straight to the black hole is how the missile travelled. Its a Bulava ICBM and not a UFO!

A ballistic missile can go up veeeery high. According to the news this was seen from 300 miles away, and a failure in a test missile which probably didn't contain any atomic warhead couldn't create a strong enough shockwave (backfire is an ignorant terminology btw) to be heard instantly or in the next 2 minutes.
