I'm sure you guys are doing exactly what your arrangement tells you to do, but something about it sounds a little... off. I would say you either change the harmonies to resolve them a bit more, or I would add an extra note to make a more complete feeling chord. Also, the base parts could stand to be a little quieter.

You guys are very talented, it's just a question of putting that talent to the right use.
