  • haha that was a good idea! I know how it feels when you get tired of it though! :P what a beautiful view!

  • @abcsoaps1994

well the first 5km were fun though at least :-P

  • Next time make me & brother walk lol. Good hike though.

  • @Urgo6667

yeah those kids are 3 of the laziest kids ever. especially the little one who NEVER walks !

  • I think the longest I've ever walked was about 10km around a big lake in a place here called Glendalough. It was really tough because half of it was uphill but it was definitely worth it: the view up there was amazing! Oh, and I got to see some wild deer!

  • @Scampfarmer

is glendalough near/in dublin becoz for some reason it sounds very familiar to me. i have a few friends around dublin that i have visited in the past and maybe i have even been there too.

  • @nothingfunnyleft Yeah pretty close. It's just south of it, in the very next county. You'd know if you've been there, it's famous for these really old monastery buildings, including a round tower. Not to mention the two lakes in the middle!

  • Hopefully your friends gave you a ride home!

  • @Bethintx1

actually we planned ahead for it and drove down and left our car at the next village the day before so we could just drive home :-D

  • That is some beautiful scenery. Its always good to slow down and look at the world around us. Maybe next time you should bike. Also, I hope you gave mom a nice foot rub after.

  • @scotth510

    ha...she wishes !!!!! :-P

  • beautiful

  • @Reddylion

yeah it did make the 8km seem not really so bad :-)

  • No? I wear a back pack.

but I do some times push a moped, and it's trailer while wearing the back pack, and live in a place that isn't flat, dose that count?

    Google earth, Durango Colorado.

    you'll get the idea.

  • @FireDropTechnologies

that all definitely counts ! :-)

  • I REALLY hope you got a ride home!

  • @margaretguillory

luckily we planned ahead and drove down and left our car at the next village the day before so we could drive home :D

  • To be honest, I can think of worse roads to be walking 8KM down... the view(s) are breathtaking!

Although I can't help but notice the irony of you guys walking all that way while Bro 1.0 & "Me" sit comfortably in their pushchair :P

  • @MiddleOfMadness

i know right...those must be 3 of the laziest kids on earth...especially that little one, he never walks ANYWHERE !

  • 8km that was something !!! :)

  • @LucasFTWfilms

still feeling it a bit in my legs today to be honest :-)

  • I don't know what that is in miles, but it looks far to me. And it didn't look like Mum had on very good walking shoes. Methinks she was hurting the next day! :)

  • @Illuminatta

she wasnt too happy at all for the last 3 kms at least !

ps 8 kms is about 5 miles

  • Oh my :) Did you realize how long that was before heading out or was it done on a whim? Either way, I commend you!

  • @iloveiberia

well to be honest i thought we would do it a bit quicker but it was fun and we are always up for an adventure in this family :-)

  • Eight Kilometers ... ?? omg

Luv when you both jump , while holding prams...

yeah, it was a beautiful day ..

ME, bro 1.0 and bro 2.0 were definately enjoying their 8km ride... :))

Beautiful surrounding ps lake was awesome picnic point

    Oh, I love bananas..!!

Btw how much does it take to cover 8km?? just wondering.. :))

    Nice video.. Sir..

    Hats off... :D

  • @muhammadshaharyar1

thanx mate. it took us about 2 hrs to walk that far but the kids enjoyed it the most as they got a ride there in the stroller and didnt have to walk at all ! :-P

  • @nothingfunnyleft hmm :))

  • The view is magnificent, just Lovely! Your country is gorgeous! Yes 5 miles is QUITE the walk! I hope you got a ride home!!! Lovely video and time of day! = )

  • @notellyearight1

yeah you know we planned ahead actually and we left our car in the other village the day before so we could drive home that night :-D

  • @nothingfunnyleft Yes you're right, and I know you are such a good Dad, so, I should have known that you had a plan for after party time = )

  • At least it seems pretty flat there. I'm up in the mountains so every trip on foot has one easy part usually and one that makes you want to never walk again.

  • @bearchay889

thats hard. the bit i didnt show right at the end as it was too dark already was the last 5 metres actually into the village is all up hill and it was HAAAAAAAAARRRRD after 2 hrs !

  • Didn't you have to walk 8 km back in the dark?

  • @childoftheking1994

ha...no actually we left our car there in the other village the day before so we were able to drive ourselves back home :-D

  • It took me about 5 hours to walk 15 miles, and I didn't like it. People must have had more hours in a day way back when. It's not too bad if you jog maybe, but it's really hard to get started. Oh well, if you guys start jogging, I'll use it for inspiration to go to the refigerator, I mean I'll start too. Great view of the hills!

  • @l6j8b32

i think next time to be honest we might just walk ! :-)

  • So about four miles?

I walk 4 miles in ruffly

1:30 or one hour thirty min.

But I'm used to it I supose.

  • @FireDropTechnologies

yeah but do you have to push a pram/stroller the whole way ??!! :-P

  • Nice country look's alot like arizona, when there isn't a drought.

  • @FireDropTechnologies

we dont get a lot of rain here to be honest but if arizona looks like this then arizona must be a pretty beautiful place too :-)

  • Snakes and cars sounds like a dangerous walk. Wow you live in a beautiful area.

  • @cheekychickenhead

beautiful even with a few snakes and a few cars :-)

  • This is almost a long wlog :o

  • @trikonate

ha you know i felt a bit guilty that for the first time i went over 4 mins. sorry mate, ill try not to make it happen again :-P

  • @nothingfunnyleft I would like to see a wlog that is 20min :D

  • @trikonate

well i do have an interesting idea for our last day so stay tuned...

  • I love the view! And walking is healthy! :D

  • @AnotherDayToMoveOn

yeah it was a nice walk and we all felt pretty good afterwards too :-)

  • That's a long way guys! I've missed you... My work has been keeping me BEYOND busy.

  • @Manda175

hey forget about working too hard !!!!! we only have 41 daily blogs to go !
