i think little kid should get expelled cause i was self defending my self when some kid was bullying me ever since i was in 4th grade and then in 5th he punched me in the face and i pushed him inthe ground started punching him in the face a bunch of times and kicked his ASS! but then i got a warning and almost got expelled and the principal let the other be innocent. I HATE IT WHEN THAT HAPPENS!
That was straight gangsta lol. Na the little kid should get in more trouble then the kid getting bullied. The kid getting bullied did just enough to get the lil one off of him he shouldn't be punished at all he was defending himself.
I did hear that the smaller kid and the kid filming were also suspended.. but the victim is getting sued by the instigator's parents.. they're seeking damages because his kneecap was shattered.. In my opinion, the little punk better be glad that's ALL that happened to him. :[ It's stuff like that and kids like that who cause other children serious mental problems, with end results like Columbine. I also heard that the victim's bullying got so bad he contemplated suicide. This makes me sick. :[
