I bought this product for a friend and she never received it. I have yet to receive a refund. Three months ago I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have got no relief. Considering that this has apparently happened to hundreds (if not thousands) of others, I'm contemplating launching a class action suit against Sunlove. be careful! my mother had basal skin cancer(she used to go to tanning beds) and my dad has to get surgery to remove squamous cell skin cancer(never use to apply sunscreen when going outside) very scary, its real guys.

try sun labortories air brush system from sun labortories you can also order it from ebay it is 74 dollars and it comes with scrub mantainer and the solution and liithe machine it is worth it and you will get it in three to four days . I ALMOST ORDER SUN LOVE BUT I DECIDED TO GO WITH THIS ! Sorry about sunlove hope you can try sun labortories its great

Report this to the BBB asap! I also had the same problem with sunlove and waited about 4 months and still recieved nothing until I reported it. I finally got the product and its not really worth it... yes its a good color but it drips all over and doesnt spray evenly i finally figured out you have to rub it in and still isnt that great... but yes this company is horrible with their customer service!! and I even got messaged from the owner and he is VERY unprofessional!!

Yeah, SunLove has a horrible buisness practice and the most immature, unprofessional, ridiculous owner ever, as noted in the video I made of them. I have no clue how they are still around.

If you want black, try Luminary. It's similar to black but BETTER!!! It's amazing. You must must must try it!

But PLEASE don't buy lotions online. I work for a salon and you never know what you are going to get. I met one guy who did it and he said he filled the bottles up with different lotion. I had to report him. And you are taking away sales from salons. $99 is actually a good price. This lotion is amazing and well worth it.

I ordered from Sunlove also and they never sent me my order, but i called my bank and let them know that i was charged for a product i never received and they refund my money. You should try calling your bank so you can get your money back too!! SunLove sucks :(

they do have biased opinions. those damn fake gurus. they are partnered with sunlove to promote sunlove. i ordered mine in january and it's now march! i still haven't received anything! no response from them whatsoever after my many calls and emails. i'm reporting them next week if i don't receive a response soon.

I've been tanning every summer since I was 16. I'm 26. I've bought every lotion I've ever had off of Ebay. I never once had any issues. Thank you so much for this review. I almost ordered sunlove. I'm glad that I didn't.

I totally agree I also work in customer service and I always make sure to help people asap because thats my job.

I like tanning beds and I wasn't doing to go this year but I feel like a ghost so I will likely break down and go. If you get a chance to try a sunboard bed do it they are awesome! Google sunboard!
