haha thanks. i think you get the icons with vista maximus perfection and then u need iblank to create the space between the icons on the right and left. move the iblanks around and rearrange the icons so the icons (sidebar) are on the left side

To ymoneyrich and Helpme2351, you probably have to extract the folders still. If you are running on vista, there should be a folder that has a zip on it. Rich click on that folder and go to extract all. the press extract if a window pops up. if anything else pops up, just press skip. Good luck =D

Spicy chicken does not want to pay for the server space so you can no longer download themes its only used for string editing, sorry. Use cydia for themes

im sorry to say but the theme browser was discontinued it. the guy who made the app didnt want to pay for all the network storage space. mostly the app is used to edit stuff like "Slide to unlock," use cydia for themes

iBlank allows you too make invisible icons which can be rearranged to make space between your icons, its ideal for making your icons into cool designs. i used it in my theme to make it look like I have windows sidebar
