@LuigiBoVerFinal extend force is sort of like on overdrive mode. you generally become faster (which allows you to do combos not otherwise allowed), are imbued with arcana specific powers, can perform arcana blazes, and your critical hearts become their strongest in this mode. you enter by pressing ABC together
you can enter the mode during a combo and it pretty much treats it like a roman cancel.
@striderzer0 there are definitely characters easy to start with. even if you start with a harder character, it's very possible to learn stuff quickly. but it can get pretty overwhelming
yeah marvel background helps. a lot of crossovers and mixups were blocked on my 2nd day because of my marvel background. and with characters like scharlachrot you can get really creative with mixups. the day after the stream I was puling out all kinds of patterns and mixups with her against peeps.
i mastered the basics of plant schar already, you barely even need to use meter in combos with plant, it's redunculous. i'm gonna use plant with other chars as well in this game since it's so good
@syxx573 yeah plant gives a lot of meterless combos/confirms/pressure to pretty much anyone. only time her supers are used are for getting damage of weird/counter hit situations. though I still like doing omega destroyer a lot LOL.
