you have to use a TCP/IP dialer to connect to the internet, plus a compatible browser IE 5.0 or earlier, Netscape, or Opera. With WFWG 3.11, you can install TCP/ IP 32B to access the internet.

Go to Main, then control panel, drivers, Add Blaster 1.5 and configurate it. That will run sound.

v.pc does support sound. I have to made a MSVPC tutorial for you.

@chucknorris687 Yes. u need first install Dos 7.10 and then after dos is open type "D:" ( without quote) and then type "setup.exe" without quote.

Note: u must have windows 3.1 cd image

You probably still have the 2nd dos disk in the floppy drive. Just take it out and put in Win3.1

i installed ms-dos 7.10, but when I try to install windows 3.1, windows setup freezes at the "type your name here" thing. does anyone know why?

MightyMaul, for some reason this just happens and the only way around this (that I know of), is to click inside the Virtual PC and as soon as the egg timer appears to show its loading and move the mouse away to an empty (i.e: blue) area of the screen. Works for me everytime whether using ISO, IMA, CD or FLOPPY

I found the resolution to this problem. Reinstall DOS 7.1, but without add-ons and default options. The Windows 3.1 installer won't freeze now!

I have one problem: MS-DOS (I´m using the version 7.10)Installs and loads fine, but when

I try to start setup, it then also goes fine,

until the graphical part starts. No matter where i load the files, this will still happen: the system freezes, and only way to get virtual computer back to work is to reset.

This is happended whith two diffrent copies this far. I hope I would get the files (only for 3.1)you are using when it seems that your's ones aren't corrupted.
