@LaylaElExpose Yes, WWE DID let them go. How do I know that? Because Angel went down to work in Mexican promotions in June '07 (which would not be possible if she was still in WWE, thus she was released). TNA did not grab her until September that year.

Taylor was released in August '07, and stopped wrestling ALTOGETHER and wanted to work on her degree until TNA contacted her in May '08. So it's not as if they left for better TV competition because there wasn't (and still isn't for the majority)
