Every car on the game Most Wanted is real. You probably don't see some of them bcause they are WAY too expensive to own in real life or are WAY too illegal to even have in the States. But yeah, those are real cars. I saw a Chevy Cobalt roll by the other day.
Too bad there wasn't a part in it where you could fight your way out of being busted. Add to that the possibility of creating your driver. I'd laugh my ass off to see me beating the hell out of a cop. You can't do it in real life, so why not put it in the game? I already mopped the floor with a real cop (and did time for it) so this would be much better.
I'm glad that there is a video that actually shows how difficult those cops can be on the game (especially in the Challenge Series). Sometimes they can be straight up ridiculous.
