i see u mess with your hair alot after you curl it..everytime i curl it it dont matter if its with the iron or the rollers it falls completely flat in like 15 min and my stuff is always super hot..what can i do i'm gettin really upset..ugh :O

You could get a product to hold your curls in.. I use these because my hair is very fine & the curls go flat after only a short while.. Atm, I'm using Adcanced Techiques - Curl-defining liquid gel.. some have heat protectant in the same product.. just look around shops and/or some websites..

& make sure you dont touch the curls until they're cool. (thats one of the most common ways on making the curl fall out very shortly)
