Jens Poulver is terrific coach. judging by not just TUF but from many guys who have trained with him over the time. I Believe he should stick with that. He has had his times and he became legend for the sport, stopping B.J. in his prime. However, he does not have to flash it all away. Stick to coaching Jens. I don't know anybody that gave Gray the 2nd, 4th, or 5th.

A better criteria is by who lands more strikes in a round, who is more effective in a round.
Frankie landed a dozen more strikes in the 5th round. Maynard tried 6 takedowns, got none. That was a deserved draw.

@Catharax Yes GSP won by MMA rules which the only reason why he won because of takedowns. Which one takedown can win you the whole round. But I like I said over and over again what's good of a takedown when you dont do anything with it? it's just geting by trying to sqeeze in a Win which alot fighters don't like wreslters ten do that alot. Which gives you a bad rep as a fighter. GSP is becomeing other Jon Fitch... whens the last time he fishish a fight?

@Paulc8125 Even though BJ lost to Edgar twice it just descions lol and UFC 112 was a close fight. but Edgar did lose to maynard lol I mean it was also a very close fight but Maynard got more takedowns and went forward more. plus the frist round speaks for itself

Jens I love you man and really hope some green backs find your pockets. He should train with and corner some fights with bj and timmy's camps to get some scratch and drills in. Maybe 2011 will be better for him now, he needed this window of opportunity badly. Charitable on Penn's part to be sure.
