I love this, but I'm confused - are these really the lyrics to her swan song? I always wondered what she was saying. Her life is about to end, she's going to rip her eyeballs out, and all she says (that we can understand) is "I would rather be blind!" Does anybody know the true lyrics to this song?

@magdelene1000 Thank you =). No, this is a different song. Chromaggia is about a bird that's trying to escape from an arrow chasing it, the bird flies hoping to get rid of the arrow. Finally the bird realizes that the arrow is attached to its wing and when it flies it hurts everything and everyone the arrow touches. In the end she says something close to "its arrow, my eyes". I'm not completely sure about the interpretation, makes sense to me though.

@bookwormpianist Well, I think it depends if she got IMMIDATE medical treatment, she would probably make it, as long as she didn't stab past the eye socket. And this is just a guess, but I think she's not crying because her eyes are artificial and don't have feeling in them.
