I love my new water heater, this thing is saving about 50% to 70% off my electric bill. Loving that, I have had no problems at all. Make sure you have a professional install the unit. I got the gas company to pull it in. Range, dryer, grill, tankless unit, and two gas coach lights, gas bill only 33.00 this month. Way to go.

Did you size the proper 3/4 dedicated gas line to the unit ? Did you install a surge protector to the unit ? You must do these things.
