Very good video, its really great that there are people who have an open mind and who are willing to understand. Only thing that I would have added is that not all sangs believe they need energy from blood ( I being one of those people) I believe it's something more on a biological level.

actually the "auto-vamp" thing is just like the prey--->predator energy transfer. idk how it is with most but i have calculated that for me the transfer of energy is the absorption of about 70% of whatever energy source i take in. just as with food you dont take all of the energy and nuitrients just a percentage of that, say 80% (idk the actual number but yeah)

@freezefire695 Take this from a real-life sang: the difference is that vampirism is a REAL thing, it doesn't just exist in the mind. I come from a family of letant (meaning people in my family have the vampire gene) and they are psis, I'm the first sang. They DO drain pranic energy, same as I do from blood. With Reinfield's Syndrome, it's not actually recognized but it exists within the mind. it has nothing to do with the consumption of energy, it exists in the mind no vampire will kill.

I don't know with what I started but I explaned my struggle with my innerself and feelings en stuff like that and she told me that I am a vampire but that I am not aware of it yet...
I know of many who would prefer mouth to skin feeding if their donors were also their significant other, lovers, etc. It's considered a lot more intimate as it take a lot of trust and love to give yourself to that person like that. Precautions are still severely recommended; blood tests, the use of new blades every time, prepping the skin, making sure you're cutting in an area less likely to scar, and less likely to be in any major vein area, such as the shoulder.
Good vid, didn't find anything wrong with it really, except I should mention that a lot of Sang vamps believe it's not the energy in the blood that they need, but rather an enzyme or something that they don't normally process quite right.

Physically humans cant drink very much human blood. Human blood in the stomach causes them to get sick. Also, in many cases ingestion of blood causes the gag reflex. Of course sucking your finger when you cut yourself doesnt count :)
I've lurked some vamp forums in my time. I wouldn't call myself a vamp but bloodsucking is a kink of mine lol. Anyway! I doubt anything physical happens at puberty that makes you into a vamp. The reason the bloodlust may develop with puberty is because entire act of consuming blood gives sexual gratification. Infact if I recall some sanguins call themselves 'Eros' to distinguish themselves as sexual vampires? You'll need to look that one up.
I did mention that sang vamps drink animal blood from prepared meats. They don't go out and kill animals to suck their blood directly, they just order a raw steak. Either way, they only go for animal blood when absolutely necessary, since human blood is preferred.

@freezefire695 Take this from a real-life sang: the difference is that vampirism is a REAL thing, it doesn't just exist in the mind. I come from a family of letant (meaning people in my family have the vampire gene) and they are psis, I'm the first sang. They DO drain pranic energy, same as I do from blood. With Reinfield's Syndrome, it's not actually recognized but it exists within the mind. it has nothing to do with the consumption of energy, it exists in the mind no vampire will kill.

@freezefire695 many sangs require blood for health, but this could vary with the type as it goes from something that could make you feel better that you could become addicted to(this is something only happening with vampires and descendants) the so called renfeild syndrome is not in the DSM so it is not a legitimate diagnosis, the fetish is not alays concerned with consumption being that it can make normal people vomit.

I know of many who would prefer mouth to skin feeding if their donors were also their significant other, lovers, etc. It's considered a lot more intimate as it take a lot of trust and love to give yourself to that person like that. Precautions are still severely recommended; blood tests, the use of new blades every time, prepping the skin, making sure you're cutting in an area less likely to scar, and less likely to be in any major vein area, such as the shoulder.

Good vid, didn't find anything wrong with it really, except I should mention that a lot of Sang vamps believe it's not the energy in the blood that they need, but rather an enzyme or something that they don't normally process quite right.

I'm very happy you did a video about this. I'm not obsessed but I enjoy some vampire literature (unsparkly is the way I like it) and there's a section about it in Goth Craft (which is great, if you haven't read it). So yeah, this was very nice.
I'm not sure I believe in Sanguinarians being actually magickally rejuvinated by blood, or a medical issue for that matter. Maybe they think they need blood? I would totally donate just as an experience. But I'm a vegeterian now, so blood equals no.

Physically humans cant drink very much human blood. Human blood in the stomach causes them to get sick. Also, in many cases ingestion of blood causes the gag reflex. Of course sucking your finger when you cut yourself doesnt count :)

I've lurked some vamp forums in my time. I wouldn't call myself a vamp but bloodsucking is a kink of mine lol. Anyway! I doubt anything physical happens at puberty that makes you into a vamp. The reason the bloodlust may develop with puberty is because entire act of consuming blood gives sexual gratification. Infact if I recall some sanguins call themselves 'Eros' to distinguish themselves as sexual vampires? You'll need to look that one up.

I did mention that sang vamps drink animal blood from prepared meats. They don't go out and kill animals to suck their blood directly, they just order a raw steak. Either way, they only go for animal blood when absolutely necessary, since human blood is preferred.
