@mainelyelectric I mean no offense to you at all. I'm just saying you seem quite nervous, uh-ing and umm-ing lots and just explaining things over and over again. I really liked the idea, and would use it if I had a place for it. Just seems like what took you 7 minutes to explain, could have been done in 2 or 3, that's all.
The disk can be bought at a hardwhere store! You won't have much luck at homedepot or lowes!!! because they sell stuff that sells quick and these i don't think sell fast, BTW they are made by cooper wiring!! Try an ACE hardwhere that is where mine came from
Looks good but your tubes won't last long. Florescent lights don't like to be "flickered."

Thanks for the instructions! I've been making mine using a Florescent Starter and an extension cord but your method looks much "cleaner".
