Chronic pain syndrome would be just as good as a description for the disease Myalgic Encephalomyelitis. I came down with it in the mid 1980s and it took me more than 12 years to get back to living "normally", well 'almost normal' as there are still things I can't do which I was able to do pre-ME; and things which when breathed or eaten bring back a subset of symptoms.

I have ME/CFS (have had it for over 5 years) and I believe there is ONE cure, and that's the right diet, but we dont often know what the right diet is. We think cow's milk is good for us and salt / fats aren't, but there is a lot we as a society need 2 learn about real healthy nutrition. I got much better when I stopped trying to get out of bed. I wore out one standard and 3 reclining wheelchairs first. The effort of transferring was making my arms unusable and I could not eat and when I went back to bed I couldn't move. 50 years including the adolescent, young adult years of remission.

Yeah I have CFS as well and there's a lot of truth in this video. Just try and keep a balance, besides that I now use B12 injections and folic acid pills, which is working rather well. (Even though I wasn't low on it, it seems I need a higher dosage).

Mold and CFS symptoms are directly related to each other. You can prove this to yourself by going to walmart buying a $37 dome shaped 9x7 tent,(no stakes needed, nylon very low on VOC'S) setting it up in your bedroom and putting a medium to large size hepa filter in it. Don't come out without a respirator designed for asbestos and mold abatement EVER,For about a week anyways. I know I am not the only one with this condition. PLEASE TRY IT AND CONFIRM IT FOR YOURSELF WHAT YOU ARE UP AGAINST!
