That was how Greta was back before she got her plastic surgery. I think she had/has Bells Palsy wich is a condition that causes the facial muscles to weaken or become paralyzed. It's caused by trauma to the 7th cranial nerve, and is not permanent.
@billybassman21 I dont understand, so we are not suppose to laugh at people who are sick or had surgery or had face lift? I thought that we are not suppose to make fun of people with terminal illnesses. I mean it's not funny when someone has cancer but botched plastic surgery, HILLARIOUS
