Hi, I have an Alesis SR-16, and I was wondering if it can sequence a synth with the midi output? What happens if I plug my midi-out from the SR-16 into my synth midi-in?
@Velbright what will happen if you get the midi channels set up right, is it will play a random note on the synth you should hear different notes when you push the pads on the SR 16, i have done it many times. old drum machines seem to work the best for doing this.

@timer555s Cool, I've been looking for ways to sequence my Yamaha Keyboard, it has "interesting" digital voices.

@vegunited06 yes it is an old alesis microverb II has to be one of my favourite reverb units always sounds great.
