If you can fix the code in the voting computers, you can fix the code in the computers that tally the paper ballots. You can also slant the hand count by setting biased guidelines for the acceptance and/or rejection of a `valid' vote or ballot.
The way we do it in Canada is very hard to cheat. The votes are on paper and counted by hand, not machine, and every party participating has the right to appoint scutineers to observe the count.

The thing is this has been coming down the pipe for years. They are doing a San Fransisco shuffle on you here. Bush and Republicans have been warning about this for years. They said it was coming. The CRA came up for review, thanks to Republicans, in 2002. Bush took a look at it, well let's be fair, Bush's advisers took a look at it and warned Fannie is going to take the banking industry down if we don't reign them in, if we don't restructure the CRA.
Democrats blocked Bush's plan to reign in the CRA and Fannie. Republicans warned, CEO's of banks across the country warned as well. I remember reading about it back in 2003, 2004, and 2005 that all of this would happen sooner or later. Banks were between a rock and a hard place....lose billions from fines and law suits from ACORN and the like or lose billions when mortgages failed. They chose the lessor of two evils in the hope the government would do the right thing when it came time.

Since you have pointed out that so "FEW" banks are covered by the CRA here is some interesting information/PROOF! 10 out of 15 were covered by the CRA. Meridian Bank, Hume Bank, Main Street Bank, WaMu, Silver State Bank, Integrity Bank, Columbian Bank and Trust, First Priority Bank, and First Heritage Bank. That's an extraordinarily high number of failures for such a small group of banks wouldn't you say?

The BOA then sorts it out...mails a voter card (cert mail) and the first time voter must provide ID (driv lic, pay stub) to vote that first time and the signature is checked as well. Vote fraud is HIGHLY unlikely and rarely reported or proved. Less than 100 in 8 yrs.

I'm all for believing shit was rigged, but this guy's testimony doesn't do it for me. He's clearly led toward several conclusions by the people speaking, rather than coming up with them himself. He never actually says anything substantial other than 'they said they wanted to control the election', which means nothing.
Other than that, he concedes the point (several times) that it _could_ have been manipulated, but never actually lists any possibilities other than a software cheat. I'm dubious.

There was massive fraud in the Florida 2000 elections. Over 100 Thousand democrats voted in both Florida and their home states, typically New York and New Jersey. Nothing was done about the fraud. The DNC knew about the fraud and also did nothing. The entirety of the Democratic Leadership should be arrested, convicted, then shot for corruption of the political system.

The greater the altered different from reality, the more likely someone will want to look into it. Think of it as stealing a penny on the dollar compared to 20 cents. he larger numbers draw more attention and irrespective of party, this would be a riskier undertaking for either party in cases where the outcome should give either party strong majority, as occurred in 08

The US military scrutinizes every single mission to intentionally avoid killing innocent civilians. I don't think setting off an explosion of nails to kill innocent fellow citizens is the smartest way to go about getting an audience with the president. As far as war in Iraq goes, we have a system in place so that congress must approve. Then there was UN resolution 1441 that authorized action. I bear witness to the charitable nature of the AMERICAN PEOPLE. This is not the same for the GOVERNMENT. You must make that distinction. The Government acts based on interests and gainseeking. The American people tend to be altruists. They are decieved though. Most US charity money goes to Israel. Partnership of Christians and Jews, among other organizations decieve the American people. Send the money to Africa or Asia, not to Israel. They are sitting in $ Billions, while the Africans starve.

The notion that there are areas that are certainly more pro American is certainly true. And I suspect, actually I know in my heart Obama feels this way as well. The thing is this has been coming down the pipe for years. They are doing a San Fransisco shuffle on you here. Bush and Republicans have been warning about this for years. They said it was coming. The CRA came up for review, thanks to Republicans, in 2002. Bush took a look at it, well let's be fair, Bush's advisers took a look at it and warned Fannie is going to take the banking industry down if we don't reign them in, if we don't restructure the CRA.

Democrats blocked Bush's plan to reign in the CRA and Fannie. Republicans warned, CEO's of banks across the country warned as well. I remember reading about it back in 2003, 2004, and 2005 that all of this would happen sooner or later. Banks were between a rock and a hard place....lose billions from fines and law suits from ACORN and the like or lose billions when mortgages failed. They chose the lessor of two evils in the hope the government would do the right thing when it came time.

OK champ. Here are some figures. 15 banks failed in the US in the year 2008. Since you have pointed out that so "FEW" banks are covered by the CRA here is some interesting information/PROOF! 10 out of 15 were covered by the CRA. Meridian Bank, Hume Bank, Main Street Bank, WaMu, Silver State Bank, Integrity Bank, Columbian Bank and Trust, First Priority Bank, and First Heritage Bank. That's an extraordinarily high number of failures for such a small group of banks wouldn't you say?

By the way, strangely all 10 of the 15 bank failures that were covered by the CRA amazingly all had "SATISFACTORY" or better CRA numbers. That means they had quite a few of these CRA loans (i.e. ACORN LIKED THEM) But of course this was after ACORN shook them down.

And before you try to disregard the 67% number of failed banks being under the CRA by saying that 5 other banks failed... do remember that banks around the globe purchased these so-called government backed securities from Fannie and Freddie. They weren't completely resposible but all of the other conditions were going to happen sooner or later as a matter of cyclical changes in the market. The only unnatural variable in the equation was none other than the CRA!

Don't attack ACORN. Each voter registration form will have to be verified. It doesn't matter whether you have 10,000 fraudulent documents, but they would have to be verified. ACORN payed people to register voters. ACORN would have to verify the documents, true?

ACORN flags the likely fraudulent forms and sends them to the local Board of Elections (BOA). ACORN can NOT dispose of the forms ..they MUST (by law) submit them to the BOA. The BOA then sorts it out...mails a voter card (cert mail) and the first time voter must provide ID (driv lic, pay stub) to vote that first time and the signature is checked as well. Vote fraud is HIGHLY unlikely and rarely reported or proved. Less than 100 in 8 yrs.

Yes. It would be difficult only in the fact it would be tedious. But the test run would show the kinks. They DO have test runs. It's simply a conspiracy theory.
But there is actual voter fraud taking place in Ohio. If somebody can show up say they live somewhere, anywhere and vote and register that day, there are going to be fraudulent votes and there have been proven cases so far. Some of these people are going from poll to poll to poll to poll and voting over and over and over again.

During the primary but not the general election. Obama has several Fannie Mae CEO's working on his campaign. One CEO gave the maximum then became CEO at another bank that then went on to give the maximum again. But all of this was why they both pledged to only use the government financing for the campaign.
