The varied rallentandi & tenuti plus the cleverly apt gestural phrasing create fine space and tension. This performer has a fine sense of matching his state of mind with the rhetoric. The only criticisms I'd give is that the timing lacks accelerando and the touche lacks variance... which weakens the affect somewhat. Some judicious use of detache with more pronounced accelerations would have lent this performance a more compelling affect owing to a greater balanced variance & spontaneousness.
