nomather if the lense is dirty its about your test video and for me its clear enough that this hague mmc is a perfect product, even with the dirty lese i still like the video tho. greets
Do you use any other lenses or larger battery packs? Im wondering if it's better for me to get the hauge dslr stabilizer instead of the mini. I use an hv40.
pleas i have canon hv30 , you tell me what is the # of weight big and small . and degree of arm . without any ad additional only camera for mmc hague
Thanks for this video, I was really wondering wether this steadycam was good or not, and it looks awesome for its price! Although, do you reckon it would work if I had an adapter and lense on the front of my HV30 with a little metal support?
Btw, you can see your Raynox lense in the bottom right of the screen :P
lol good eyes you have. I like this steady cam alot definitely worth the money. If you use an adapter things start to get real tricky. The weight is one and then the wind blowing may affect it
Hey great video, I especially like the part when he's playing air-guitar! Looks really sleek! I hope to get my videos looking like that too. I have a HV40 & am getting the Hague MMC soon. Did you need to also buy any extra accessories from Hague for the MMC (adapter, correction plate or extra weights) to balance your HV20? Or did you just get the MMC itself? Also does it also balance ok with the additional weight of a wide-angle lens or video-mic? Thanks =)
Thanks. Air guitars are fun lol. The Hague MMC came with everything you need to balance the camera. IMO it is actually easier to balance when you attach the wide-angle lens to the camera. I haven't tried the Hague MMC with a video mic but it should work just fine
man the quality of that steady cam is great....almost hard to believe its 700 bucks less than the merlin. i might need to finally get one....great video by the way..and like the song.
Maybe...I have a DOF and never tried it. The problem with doing this is you will need to have a pull focus, a flip module. Plus when you are walking with the MMC if you touch the camera it will shake.
sorry it took so long to respond. Well this video we didn't put the len hood on the camera tight enough, so some shots you can see it. As for vignetting on this video we didn't use the Twoneil 35 adaptor, we used the Raynox 6600 wide angle lens
I cant put my finger on why but i actually like your test video. not bad. kinda like the videos on the movie "be kind rewind" with mos def and jack black.
Thanks, I like it too. I really liked "Be Kind Rewind" it does have that kind of feel, now that you mentioned it lol. Balancing the MMC is very annoying but it was definitely worth the buy.
simply awsome demo well done indeed. You sold it to me for sure with this. I hope I get as skillful with it as you dude.

this video reminds me so much of a show on MTV, it's probably because you have a wide angle lens on it.

did you need additional weights?

Hey i really like this! What did you use to eliminate the vignetting on this video? Also what macro lens and steady cam did you use?
