My Jack refuses to go outside without his coat. They have extremely short hair and shiver quite a bit. I think anything that goes over the legs/around the butt is unfortunate, however.

My Jack Russell loves jumping around in the snow, she hates clothes or anything put on her. Shes 4 years old, and anything that has to do with water and snow, she loves. They manage good without clothes.
