  • Rise up people. Kill, Kill, Kill. There are plenty of targets. Like Nike says, Just do it.

  • Hopefully, when the revolution comes, the criminals will outnumber the cops 100 to 1.

Then you can murder them, and their families. Then take your anger to the Judges. When they are dead, go into the retirement homes and drag out old Republicunts and slit their throats. EASY.

  • @aldenbuzz .. Screw everything else, what if this woman's children were hungry ? Yes, maybe that's a chance religious hateful right wingers were willing to take. Overcome them.

  • @aldenbuzz ..He was finally removed from the bench, and the hudge in this case should be removed as well. The rule cited in this case shows the institutionalized hatred of the poor in this society. Damn people who think like this, they should burn in their self-created, esteemed hell, mostly fanatical evangelists who want you to convert to their system of damnation by which they happily imagine others who may not look or think or feel as they do, burning in hell

  • This was a crime committed against this woman, The judge committed a crime against humanity. The rule should be eliminated and the judge recalled or impeached, whichever would remove him from the bench. He is no more fit to be judge than the man who beat his disabled daughter,

  • How do Americans deal with their fucked up system? When i hear of someone going on a killing spree in school or mcdonalds or something, it sort of seems like an honest, sane reaction to the environment!

  • @ralphinio4 it is

  • @mystikast . Yeah. Not trying to troll or anything, or advocate murder, but things seem wrong.

  • @ralphinio4 you're insane a somewhat disfunctional government doesnt justify multiple murders in any way how where those people getting killed responsible for it?

  • IT ALL DEPENDS ON LAWYER.... IF YOU USE LEGAL AD, JUST GET READY TO GO DOWN!

  • the judge just wanted to help. now she'll be getting free food for three years and she'll be away from drugs.

  • @JOEtheHOTTIE and she'll most likely lose her kids.. Nice judge

  • It's perfectly logical not to give a drug addict extra money and food stamps, which in the end, she is probably just trading for more drugs. However a 3 year sentence on a massive 3 million dollar financial scam is slap on the wrist. These people need to be locked away for minimum 5 year sentences to send a message that those who wish to corrupt our honest financial system must be punished more harshly.

  • @pyramidsofgizah

    Nothing should equal prison.

  • @pyramidsofgizah

    Honest financial system.

  • The USA is a toilet bowl of corruption in government. Every elected asshole is a criminal, they just have more stolen money to pay attorneys fees.

  • abortionists should get the death penalty, eye for an eye

  • @BorgKing001 you're so cute with your shitty logic

  • If you want food stamps don't do crimes. Not that hard. Someone like that is not responsible to be raising kids.

  • @ConFounDz You're fucking retarded.

  • @ConFounDz How do you all of a sudden go to "not responsible to be raising kids."

just because they have used drugs before doesnt mean theyre bad parents they might have personal problems. and it could be something like Marijuana that isnt even harmful.

    youre fucking retarded

  • fuck the government

  • If she qualified for food stamps before they knew she was a felon then why does it matter that she is? She still has the same financial problem.

  • The lawyer from Always Sunny is on.... Niceeeee.

  • the justice system works again

  • well, she should have shown more initiative. If she had taken 3 million dollars, then she would have had less time. I would do 3 years for 3 million.

  • a 3 dollar fraud scheme?! my god.

  • Brian Unger! nice now that your on tyt can you tell us how israel got its shape

  • Uhhhh guys... vid description says "a $3 mortgage fraud scheme." Kind of changes the message. Somewhere in the world an intern needs to be fired. :-P

  • Felons especially need help with paying for food for their children because it's harder for them to get hired after the conviction. They don't want the government to help them, but nobody will let them help themselves either. smh

  • Bankers and investors and politicians rob Americans of BILLIONS OF DOLLARS for greed purposes...and never paid back one dime...

    Their 'punishment'?

They are given MORE BILLIONS for their FRAUD to continue their lavish lifestyles and do not see a day in jail, let alone prison.

This woman steals $4,367 in food stamps to feed her family...and then pays it all back...

    Her 'punishment'? Prison.

    Only in America....

  • Not that I agree with the sentencing b/c I don't, but the food stamps program does need a major overhaul. I work at a place that accepts food stamps and the amount of people that take advantage of the program is outrageous.

  • This is why we can not let junkies/welfare queens reproduce

  • @acdc30450 yeah because that would be legal.

  • @sfm073 It should be legal

  • The more people that go to prison, the more money the prisons make.

  • I've always heard about people would sell food stamps in order to feed their drug or alcohol habits.

  • Dear America. Stop. Yours sincerely,

    reason.

I think you should CAMPAIGN and protest to free this woman. Because I think she should have got the food stamps anyway. Unless they OFFERED her a job, I don't think she had any RICH family members to lean on like most congressmen and "lobbyists" (bribers) do.

  • gotta love the CRIMINAL justice SYSTEM.

  • Or lifetime sentence for growing a plant?

  • MERICA

  • I know it is just a mistype, but in the description it says that the mortgage fraud was for three dollars. I just thought that was kind of funny and thought I would share...

  • You need 4000 to feed two kids? a month? Yeah, Okay.

  • Seriously?? I mean.... SERIOUSLY? smh...

  • @Packerd01 So, "CONSERVATIVE government" have entirely socialized health care like Germany? And "CONSERVATIVE government" provide free college education for most of their people? And "CONSERVATIVE government" have over 40% of there GDP in government? If that is what makes a conservative government then even the most liberal Democrats are ultra conservative.

Yes, the names change, what is called "CONSERVATIVE" or "liberal" in the EU would not be called the same thing in the US.

  • The point is not to question what the government is called, it a party called the communist party increase wealth, income destitution, and freedom I would be for them. You can all Germany conservative, but they government is nearly twice the size of the US and if you take out military spend from both it is twice the size. Germany/Finland/Sweden/Austria all have government systems that work, so the everyone in there county benefits from wealth unlike the US where only the few get it.

  • @Loathomar Just feel like pointing out that Sweden isn't a perfect or even close to being a perfect when it comes to distribution of wealth. But comparing it to America, I cant even say that I think us is a real democracy especially since corporations in us obviously have lots of power in politics. I use to think that politics in Sweden is bad and that some politicians are retarded, but when i see clips of how Herman Cain I relies that they are geniuses in comparison.

  • @BerraDude No, Sweden isn't perfect, and no place is. But it is far better when it comes to distribution of wealth and looking after it's people. Generally, if you push too hard for distribution of wealth you start losing a great deal of total wealth. A lot of people in the US believe it is not possible to have a county as productive as the US while with a better distribution of wealth, but places like Germany/Finland/Sweden/Austria show this to be entirely untrue.

  • @Loathomar Yeah, you are right that forcing equal distribution of the economy can be damaging to the total wealth, since it discourage ambitiousness and where working hard might be of little personal gain since other people might not, and therefor live on someone else work.Continued -^^

  • @Loathomar Even though i consider my self a socialist in the way socialists views was when it came, i vote for the most conservative party that we have, but the truth is that they would definitely be considered socialists in the us :P I personally think it would be bad for Sweden to be any more red then it already is. But as for us, it would surely be good to see more socialist politics since the economy obviously is very unevenly balanced.

  • Ignoring the injustice, I like the the government response to someone steal $4,000 from them is to jail them for 3 years, which will cost them $75,000 in jail costs plus the cost of looking after her kids, likely another $60,000. You spent $4,000 of our money, so we will spend $135,000 to make sure you don't do it again.

  • @Packerd01 Even Spain "conservative" party is far more liberal then the Democratic party in the US, so that is kind of a mute point and the reason the party shift happen is that parties always change when the economy sucks, and it Spain it really sucks. And it not like Spain was even view socialist in there income inequality, as the have a UN R/P of 10.1, which is much higher then Germany's 6.9, though lower then the US's 15.9. Occupy does not want the US to be Spain, just Germany.

  • Lock em both up, the conduct of both is inexcusable.

  • bitch ass niggas are getting stronger then a motherfucker as said by katt Willaims

  • Strange how Michaele got his hair cut between two clips.

  • America is phucked up

  • Where is the argument? If someone has been to prison several times then gets caught doing something wrong again, they will get a harsher sentence. Four felony convictions? Shes lucky she didn't get a longer sentence.

  • @asmit172

Drugs shouldn't be a felony in the first place dipshit. The government doesn't have the right to tell us what we can or can't put into our bodies.

  • @Shadowlit001 Well that is your opinion, but that is not the way the law works. Repeat offenders get harsher sentences. Doesn't matter what you were convicted of, it just matters that you were convicted. A mother of 2 shouldn't be doing drugs, especially one that is trying to get federal aid like foodstamps. If you think that it is ok for someone that is broke with kids to do drugs then you must be one of the pieces of shit that has 9 kids and is smoking crack right next to them.

  • @asmit172 Who the fuck ever said she was doing drugs when she had kids? Ever think these felonies we're from when she was younger, and her kids are being punished for it now? No, that would make it too complicated right? Lets just keep it simple and say no matter what you do, you we're convicted, therefor, you are a horrible person, and deserve no help. People like you are what make this country not worth living in. Glad you never had a single problem in your life.

  • Well it's simple. If you want to rob and steal, do it big. If you get away with it you'll be rich and if you get caught you'll get a tiny jail sentence!

  • Justice has been served.

Oh wait no is hasn't, isn't justice and fair key words in US law.

  • OMG !! It,s a ban 4 just drug felon,s? How FCUKing stupid What about the children,They suffer because of there single mother??What a Unfair and HEARTLESS so called society,Collective punishment, UNCONSTITUTIONAL, I bet she paid her tax,s with cash but get food stumps from the gov,, sssshhhhhhhhhiiiiittt, To all Americans EMIGRATE

  • Thumbs up if you are sick of that Allstate Insurance Ad where the dude yells "MOMMY, MOMMY.MOMMY!" It makes me cringe every time.

  • Why do we keep felons from getting food stamps? So in order to get food they (and their families) need to go back to prison?

Nothing makes any sense in this fucking country.

  • @usernameableism Not only that, drug felons have extremely little opportunities in this country. They can't get financial aid, they get discriminated against at every job they go for, etc. If we want criminals to actually reform and do right then we have to at least give them the opportunity.

But noooo, all America wants to do is lock them up, make them career criminals then throw away the key when they accumulate enough crimes. Its a form of genocide when you think about everything.

  • @9992103 Epic!

  • whens it gonna be okay to start just shooting people, there not gonna stop anyother way we need to physicly tie them down.

  • USA. Be ashamed. Be very ashamed.

  • Equal time!

  • what drugs is what i want to know

  • What she did was wrong, there's no doubt. Here's my solution: take the money back, stop giving her foodstamps. Now we don't have to pay for her to stay in prison, nor do we have to pay her in foodstamps.

    God, I'm a fucking genius.

  • @9992103 They did that. Next to the prison sentence.

  • I think she got the 3 years because she committed fraud AND has 4 felony drug convictions. Had she had just 1 I'm sure she would have gotten much less. The key figure that got 2.5 years more than likely had no prior convictions. This woman sounds like a piece of work and I have not sympathy for her. Maybe her children, but not here.

  • @billybassman21 I completely agree. I do not think it is the amount of money that is creating the jail time, it is the fraud on top of previous felonies.

  • Apparently in the US, doing your time no longer means "paying back your debt to society". What's the point then? Where's the incentive to go legit?

Like College Loan debits, it's like Herpes - no matter where you go, it's always gonna make your life miserable.

  • "key figure in a $3 mortgage fraud scheme."

that definitely do not deserve 2.5 years xD lol

check the stuff you type, TYT.

  • I've decided that there is only one explanation for the state of America which is the society is psychotic. That's right, America is insane.

  • and now the war on drugs ha another million dollar inmate to take of. we are winning the war right!?

  • Even worse if her children are put through the system all the money she paid back is going to be used to pay for the child care anyway.

  • didnt sound like the same crime...

  • @kirbienstien

    It isn't, that's the point.

The rich guy gets a small prison sentence for a big amount of money.

The woman gets a large prison sentence for a small amount of money (that she paid back).

  • @Faunn fraud on bank =/= fraud on government

  • proof that America is full of shit! set the drug user free and light the court on fire! I want nothing more than to see bloodshed and anarchy on every street. Fuck America! It's a nation of dumb assholes who lock people up in cages just for using drugs..I thought America was a "free nation"? hahaha what a joke! American bankers rip off the people for billions and skate by getting they're dicks sucked while drug addicts get raped in the ass in jail! hahaha this place needs to burn to the ground.

  • the kids deserve the food stamps! its unconstitutional to punish the kids because the parent had legal issues!

  • While we are on the subject of bailouts, Mississippi wouldn't be able to get away with this egregious miscarriage of justice if it wasn't for the fact that the federal government is the ones footing the bill for her incarceration. The judge didn't see her as a criminal, he saw her as a cash cow. The best thing that could ever happen to this country is if foreign investors quit buying treasury bonds.

  • This is what's wrong with the west. The number one crime is stealing money from people more powerful than you.

  • Jailing that woman is a disgrace. Prison is NOT the place for small time fraudsters, what is this going to achieve but hurting her and her children. She paid it back, good. This should be accompanied by community service, case closed. She hasn't hurt anyone and is not a danger to society. Europe is too liberal a lot of the time but this would never happen here (I'm British).

  • If you're black and you live in Mississippi I don't feel sorry for you tbh

  • @AgrivatedKillah Nigga please!

  • The courts of the far-right controlled, fucked up and throroughly corrupt fascist banana republic that is the U.S Empire takes orders from the corporations, as do the politicians.

    .

The U.S is travelling fast downwards through the ranks of barbaric and corrupt quasi-democracies like Russia and Congo.

  • Now the kids won't have a mom for 3 years thanks to this.

    Yeah, justice is served........

  • I wonder how much it costs to imprison her? I wonder if they just gave that money to her to feed her kids in the first place if she'd commit the 'crime' to begin with...

  • Another prime example of how tilted the judicial system has become, ever more in favor of the white collar crime, people at the bottom getting crushed more and more as the years go by....this downward spiral can't change until the next revolution.

  • In US money can buy you.

  • the thing about benefit application when you want to get food stamps the people who work there give more money to those who have nice cars and say that they don't have money but lie and those who don't have a job or if they do , they don't have enough money to buy food for their family and are given $200 really isn't enough per month..it's just stupid how some people can get away with things and make things worse for those who truly need the help

  • 3 years for $4,000. All I'd ask is she pay the money back. How does it make sense to pay thousands more to jail that woman AFTER she had already repayed her debt to society for the past feloney and repayed what she had recived in foodstamps.

Now the tax payers have to pay to jail her and her children are without a mother... Our justice system is a fucking joke.

  • @deadman12078

Thats the real reason to be upset. Not because she was jailed for lying, but because it costs more money to jail the person then she stole from tax payers in the first place.

  • @bulbinking I agree. It makes no sense to jail persons for most crimes unless the person causes physical harm to a person or the person refuses to compensate the victim for damages. Punishment/fines is the goal not rehabilitation/compensation

Benefits such as food stamps should not be a handout. It should be more of a 0% interest/fee loan to those who fall on hard times. Once conditions improve you repay or perform community service. Something given has no value.

  • @deadman12078 Food stamps are an economic stimulator with one of the highest economic multipliers. Redesigning the food stamp system with capitalistic terms, and repercussions is most definitely unneeded.

  • @edeal86 How is it a stimulator? Please explain.

  • @deadman12078 Families, and individuals whom use food stamps have a tendency to spend currency that would of normally not been spent, if it was not for the external stimuli of the food stamps. Hence, the multiplier effect. Which is estimated out to about $1.70 extra per food stamp exhausted. It basically endows people with the confidence to initiate expenditures into the marketplace.

  • @edeal86 So why not make food stamps mandatory for all citizens? That money has to come from somewhere. For every dollar spent on food at least twice that has to collected in taxes to pay for administrative costs. People pay higher food prices because of inflation. Government does not have money to give, it must be borrowed/stolen. By this logic the government should give every person a home, car, cell phone, Internet... Think of all the jobs that would create!

  • @edeal86 Look at your phone bill. I don't know about yours but I pay an additional $12 a month in local/state/federal taxes to provide phone/Internet to those who cannot afford these services. Yes, food stamps may give Joe a job at the supermarket but Joe is going to pay more in taxes and higher food costs.

There is also supply and demand. Because people receive such benefits there is artificial demand. Instead of buying the bare minimum people buy goods they would not purchase on a budget.

  • @deadman12078 Or they wouldn't be capable of affording the bare minimum to begin with. Which is the original intent that food stamps were designed to combat. This conservative ideology that people living below the poverty limit can exist in a stable state if they save, is an extremely disingenuous, and unfounded principle. They have to expend in order to survive. Should they receive tax cuts instead? Only accelerated depreciation is lower than tax cuts on the multiplier scale.

  • @edeal86 That is not the argument. I never said food stamps where wrong. YOU stated that food stamps create an 'economic stimulus' to the economy when that is NOT the case.

All people (rich and poor) pay more for rent, taxes, food, goods, services reducing the amount of money they have for basic needs.

Again.. Joe has a job at the store or in that chain of the economy but government must tax/borrow through his landlord, state, city to pay for such services increasing the cost of living

  • @deadman12078 In all actuality, it does stimulate the economy. The broken window theory will not give you an economic leg to stand on here. As the amount of money an individual spends is multiplied throughout our economic system generating a $1.70 return(Ooh! It's profit.) on the funds that were necessarily spent on the food stamps to begin with. Joe receives $5 in food stamp credits. Joe expends $15 dollars at a grocery store. That's a 200% return on the initial food stamp price.

  • How can you ban someone from receiving food stamps because they have had a substance abuse problems? If they were addicted to alcohol, no problem, but because it was an illegal drug they don't deserve assistance? Wow, what a great, compassionate nation. Anyone who thinks it is a good idea to treat non-violent drug addicts this way is human excrement. Addicts are SICK, they're NOT CRIMINALS. You treat sick people in a medical facility and you try to help them, you don't do this to human beings.

  • @Ryan9145X And many killers are sick.

  • @leonia97

Yeah, many killers may be sick, but they're also people who have killed other people.

    Murder != Drug usage

  • @BusinessIDBAI Yes but you are saying they should not be in jail but getting mental help and no jail

  • @leonia97

No, I'm responding to you, not defending the original poster. Your point was invalid, because people convicted for drug possession or usage are not the same as people convicted for murder.

Not even close, not in the same ball park.

You trying to equate the too is dishonest, and laughable. Way to go genius. Can't even see the fallacy in your own argument.

  • @BusinessIDBAI My point was that saying they are sick should make them immune jail time is a pointless statement, I never said that either group should actually be immune

  • Let's just smash the financial system to pieces.

  • A ban on prior felons from obtaining or even applying for food stamps? How fucking sick is this? So now felons have no basic human rights? That by itself is disgusting, but the prison sentence is an actual crime. Sending a human to prison for getting food stamps to feed her kids because she was a prior felon is the most ridiculous law I have every heard of. The state of Mississippi should be on trial here. Where the fuck is the federal government when someone actually needs them?

  • @xxdonaldqxxx

First they came for the communists,

    and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.

Then they came for the trade unionists,

    and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Jews,

    and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.

    Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

    - Martin Niemöller

  • $3,000,000 = 2.5 years

    $0,004,367 = 3 years

There are those who claim to have no idea why we occupy?

    Really?

  • @TruthAndMoreTruth then people wonder why contrys like north korea want our heads we talk about anti descrimigation everyone with fair punishment then do the oposite were like 1 step from death and our government wants to take that step if we allow it

  • @TruthAndMoreTruth I understand, but maybe it was a felony strike rule? she had 3 felonies before

  • @TruthAndMoreTruth Well, the woman took the government's money...the banking fraud just took our money, so obviously it's no biggie =/

  • @TruthAndMoreTruth hey its you again back up at the top! :)

  • This woman is a drug addict, not a drug user. To be charged 5 times and still keep doing it. That's no environment to raise kids in. She would probably trade her food stamps for a hit.

If you can't provide for kids, dont have them, and certainly not 4 of them. Birth control is freely available nearly everywhere, and even if you have to buy it it's cheaper than kids.

  • Why are bush clinton bush senior and obama not in prison as the greatest drug pushers in the usa proven fact!!! the cia has been importing 80% of all hard drugs in the united states WAKE UP AMERICA!! Watch the video GREATEST AMERICAN DRUG DEALERS IN HISTORY you even put your private prisons on the stock exchange and keep 50% of the millions locked up who are non violent! as a kickback by your judges! YOU ARE ONE SICK COUNTRY!!

  • @487shawn Well we can't do that now because that would be a "crazy conspiracy theory" despite being based in tangible provable facts.

  • @Jex134 i have never seen a so called modern society government constantly attack its poor citizens in almost every way i hope you watched the vid AMERICA'S GREATEST DRUG DEALERS IN HISTORY to see your own government flood your streets with hard drug and then stand up and say the war on drugs is just sick!! your country is almost unredemable!

  • @487shawn Narcotic importation & distribution is by no means the worst thing this country does. We go to war for profit. We have been doing so for several decades. We have killed and lost millions solely in the name of profit. Our government is bought-out by big business, the same big business which has a monopoly on the mainstream media, which just so happens to focus on fear and separation. Constant divide & conquer tactics by the ruling class, keeping us ignorant and serving.

  • @Jex134 sadly i know just check out a lot of my vids i cover almost all of what you speak of even wall st in ethiopia buy up the land and buying off local politicians for death sqauds!

  • @Jex134 also i cover south america and the us interferance and causing the deaths of american nuns! and practice genocide and torture thru the SCHOOL OF THE AMERICA'S which is in the states and teaches how to murder torture and carry out genocide! your country is now no different that the former soviet union!

  • Mississipi? Food stamps ? Durg felony? Let me guess...she is a youth! You want the government to pay for her ? Intead of sending to prison she should not be allowed to have kids, by her behavior she cannot control herself mch less kids. By doing so the state will reduce the damage that she is causing to society, it is called preventing problems before they arise.

  • @MrsNikkolas lets see she lied on her benifit application, non violient drug conviction and a mother of two, cost 80 thousand a year so for three years its 240,000 dollars to lock her up and then child services is 48 000 per child so that 96000 for the kid and professionals so to lock up a single mother for non violent drug use is costing 336 000 dollars! WAY TO GO YOU FUCKED UP STATES, WHY ARE YOUR LEADERS AND CIA IN JAIL? WATCH GREATEST AMERICAN DRUG DEALERS IN HISTORY! VIDEO UTUBE

  • @MrsNikkolas - She "stole" less than $5,000.00. Using 487shawn's example, we decided to WASTE $336,000.00 because of how "awful" she is! So, in order to save less than $5,000.00, we'll THROW AWAY over a QUARTER MILLION?

No wonder republitards drive us in to debt! You have no sense of scale, and even fewer priorities! I see you guys doing this ALL THE TIME.

"I can't afford the $60,000.00 a year it takes to keep my car on the road, so why should I spend $60.00 a year on mass transit?" ZOMG

  • The woman who stole $3,000,000 probably had $ for a HIGH POWERED ATTORNEY while the woman with $4,000 in food stamps enjoyed a PUBLIC PRETENDER. Makes sense to me. OCCUPY!!!

  • To be poor is a crime - Still Cool.

  • Everyone knows white collar crime goes unpunished.

  • Comrade Lenin and Stalin smile from heaven upon our nation. Because all good comrades like this behavior....or was that Hitler?

  • Honestly they deserve it...but given we bailedout the banks after they stole billions, we should let them go

  • drugs are worse than terrorism in America.

  • THEY BOTH DESERVED WHAT THEY GOT. I'm tired of seeing welfare and food stamps recipients driving expensive cars or wearing expensive jewelry while on welfare. Yes most are black, but I want to see all of them go to jail for milking the system. Angered more by people who scam constantly than fraudsters like on American Greed. My mother made 16k for that year on unemployment and could not qualify for food stamps in her state by $2000 Who is on food stamps if 16k is enough to live on for 1 person?

  • @Stamps600 NO! WRONG!! Most aren't Black....most who face unjust racially systemic biased jails sentences are Black. By sheer numbers alone more Whites are on Welfare and receive public assistance than Blacks, you racist Ass-hat!!

  • @moviedude22 Learn to READ I was talking about people milking the system who show up with jewelry and expensive cars to get welfare and food stamps. A majority of people who show up in nice cars and expensive jewelry are black. Illegal activities are mostly committed by blacks you can see this by looking at racial statistics in jail and therefore they do not pay taxes on income they do not have to declare. Therefore people in their home will get welfare even though they get illegal income.

  • @Stamps600 sorry mate, must've been my gag reflex that forced me from reading your bullshit post in the first place & run for the toilet with my finger down my throat - it seemed the proper reaction. I'll learn to "read" - you learn to empathize!Your views of race, particularly blacks is appalling, bigoted and GROSSLY misinformed. It's assholes like you who must have had a 'black best friend' growing up that makes you entitled to jump to such absurd archaic conclusions and claim them as fact.

  • @Stamps600 - Our problem is we'll spend millions of dollars imprisoning these people when we could spend merely tens of thousands or even merely hundreds of thousands helping those same people become productive members of society. And assholes like you wonder why our country's on the road to bankruptcy! Reformation, education, and investment in individual businesses is way cheaper than imprisonment, and yields far better results! Asshole.

  • @LeksServices Hate to break it to you, but any felons and any people who milk the welfare system dry almost never become very productive citizens. People who think you can rehabilitate these people with "help" with food or housing are native and never lived in section 8 housing (apartments that accept section 8) or just refuse to look at the people around them and how stuck in their ways and lazy they are.

  • @Stamps600 The idea the there are a lot of black driving around in nice cars and jewelry who are getting welfare is kind of retarded. Do you know how much you can get from welfare? Barely enough to live if you are lucky. I am sure there are some drug dealers who are also getting welfare, but you want to solve that, just legalize all drugs, then drugs are sold legally and drug sellers don't get welfare. But really, you have your head so far up your butt, I sure you can't see anything.

  • Fuck this country

  • $3 mortgage fraud scheme? I think the word "million" is missing in your description.

  • She lied, so she gets punished. It's really simple.

  • This story is a bad argument. You're relating the punishments for two different crimes, because they make a good analogy. The crimes themselves were different and carry unique penalties. You can't equate that with the dollar amount involved. That's like saying the murder of someone over $5 is better than the kidnapping of someone over $10,000, it's an invalid argument.

  • @Nightwolf6662 Rubbish.

  • They both did fraud: not so apples and oranges. The harm to society can be quantified, and so can the sentence. 3 years for $4,367. She'll probably serve 1 year and be paroled. If it's 1 year for fraud of $4,367, then why not 686 years for fraud of $3,000,000? Let the punishment fit the crime. Somebody who steals millions should be in prison for the rest of their natural life. Everything they own should go for restitution. Everybody knows it's only the crooks who disagree .

  • Wow.

  • Could TYT do something a little more proactive, like point us in the direction of an online petition?

  • In an era when elite accounting control frauds have run rampant, stealing trillions of dollars and facing no prosecution, this case is especially egregious and breeds nothing but contempt for our legal institutions.

  • @WilhelmDrake It will be writ large and especially painful when the US has to pay the same interest rates as third world countries to borrow money, because the government did not prosecute the criminals in the banking crisis and confiscate trillions of dollars worth of assets acquired by fraud.

  • Well, I don't see the contriversey if the rulings were unrelated and in two unrealted cases....

  • @ChannelGameshow Damn you're dense...lol

  • @ChannelGameshow

$3400 < $3,000,000 the more money you screw with, the more prison you should have, not the other twisted way around.

  • Respond to this video... Mississippi law enforcement and in most of the south is riddled with good ol boy corruption I know because I've lived there but yet let one of the regular citizens mess up and their screwed esp if their black !
