I used newblue subtle cartoon effects, brought up the saturation and the contrast! It didn't turn out like what I wanted in the end, so I had to funkify it. lol

My home town! When we were teens we'd do Godfather's Pizza, Dairy Queen, the arcade and a walk around the capitol. We also had our choir's Christmas performance, "Capitol Caroling" in the rotunda of the building. The JCHS fine arts department has been holding their Christmas program there for 60 years now!

yep, the capitol building is one of my favorite places! You should see Arris Pizza, they've expanded and it's really cool inside now, even has a really neat mural on the wall some local dude painted.
