However , this is not hardstyle .

And from my point of view could you please explain why you appeared slower in the first vid rather than in the second vid ? Let me guess , you were wearing shoes in the first vid and the surface was rather rough . but in the second vid it seemed faster , cause you were shuffling on a smoother surface. So therefore, i shall reinforce your theory by saying a TRUE SHUFFLER CAN SHUFFLE ON ANY SURFACE

the music in the first video was slower.

i dance in a garage in ym 3rd and 4th scenes here, and i assure you that rug is not slippery.

also, i do not require slippery surfaces to shuffle, regardless of speed or movement intended.

i use a shifting of weight. aka melbourne shuffle.

i dance as fast as the music dictates, on anything i wish. unlike some people, i dont relly on plastic floors.

You don't move out of the vicinity of the rug which i doubt you can explain. Based on my perspective , the speed is faster.
