@DarkMiner2011 Yeah, the only legal way to do it for free would be to develop for Android. ;-). Sorry, but the only way to sell your apps on the App Store is by paying the fee.

Open your command prompt as Administrator (few openssl commands opens in random state), thus when openssl tries to write stuff on your disk it fails. There could be another workaround but i am not aware of that.

Now before you run any openssl command type the following.

set OPENSSL_CONF=c:\[PATH TO YOUR OPENSSL DIRECTORY]\bin\openssl.cfg

It should work from then on.

I can't carry out any of the cmd commands. when i type: openssl genrsa -out mykey.key 2048 it says: " 'openssl' is not recognized as an internal or external command

if you recieve an error saying "cannot load screen into random state" or someting like that, you might have to run this before generating the key: set RANDFILE=.rnd

I have the same problem where I made an account and when I logged on the Provisioing Portal Link is NOT there. Do you have to pay the $99 to have access to this link or has Apple removed the link, etc? Help ;-(

everything worked for me up until I go on the portal and chose file and hit submit, it just comes right back to the same page to chose file and hit submit, it does not bring my to the subsequent page in your video, any suggestions?
