  • my xbox has never gotten the red lights.and its in a big space.just asking does the copper pipe indicate the 90nm heatsink??i dont think mine has it.hers my info.(i have an xbox 360 elite by the way)just in case it helps)

    LOT#0726

    Team:CSON

    WATTAGE:203 Watts

i think i have the 90nm,and if i do,i dont care.i have an open sppace so it cant get the red lights

  • Im confused, mine is lot #0735, Team FDOU, MFR Date 08/30/2007, but when i look inside i see a copper pipe. So i guess its the old heatsink...

  • i have got lot 742 elite 360 falcon chip im pretty sure that all xbox 360 consoles released after the 11th of october have the 65nm chip.

i got a brill deal i got the elite 2 controllers

gears of war, halo 3,forza2,viva pinita which im trading in for cod4 and i mannaged to get xbox live gold 12 month for free cos the guy totally messed up the deal all that for 500 euros.

  • i have the falcon motherboard and the new larger heatsink on my premium/pro 360 if the lot number(see sticker on side of the xbox box)is higher than 0734 you have the falcon motherboard if it also says team:fdou then you have the falcon motherboard the person who sells you the 360 in the shop should tell you if you have it, or just ask, they should know

  • what does falcon mean is that just the heat sink manufacture?

srry just figuring everything out and i was wondering does the elite's "as of now" have the 65nm processor and added heat sink with the copper heat exchange pipes? im getting one for christmas

  • I also have a 734 team FDOU with the pipe. It was manufactured 8/20/07

  • is the copper pipe good or bad, ithought 734 or newer with pipe and Halo3 edditions were good

  • damn i hope you find a 734 so you can get a 65nm.. my 2nd xbox died a week ago.. shit!

  • OMGFG!!!

  • ok, so that xbox360 is not a falcon, isn´t it?

  • Nope, seeing how mine "has" the pipe, it's not a falcon. It seemed better to show a regular one with a pipe and where so you know what shouldn't be there with a falcon.

  • I've been following a large thread in the 360 hardware forum on all this 65nm stuff. Should be easy to find. I don't think you can past urls here.

When you say how do I know, you did you take a flash light and shine through the bottom vent to see if there's a copper pipe like in my video. If there's no pipe, then hopefully that's good news. And you have a Halo 360 right? I've heard the Elite 0734 can still have it.

  • Some 734 team FDOU manufactured on or after 8/24/07 still have the pipe. How do I know? I have on sitting right next to me.

  • err, "one sitting right next to me"
