I've been working out hard core since I was 15 back in 1985 thanks to the inspiration I got from Sly Stallone and how much I wanted to look like he did in Rocky III and IV---thank you Sly!! By about 20, I pretty much got that body, and I still have it at 41 with absolutely NO steroids/growth hormone. I hope I look as good as he does 20 yrs from now.
