what does stretching do to the muscles? ive heard it helps gives u that lean muscle type look instead of looking big and bulky and it also speeds up the recovery process... how often do u recommend stretching and how long to hold each stretch.. should i stretch before or after a workout. I'm 17 and I;m trying to get ripped muscle and i still wanna be lean.i eat healthy and and everything but i just want to maximize my overall look
@Thevide0123 Nope the amount of rest you get right now is good...it gives you time to fully recover..and check my page..90 percent of my workouts are in the house

Frank Zane and Arnold use to use a same type of iso (posing holding) except they would do it leading up to a event but for 60 min or more of just flexing and holding as part of there workout. Charles atlas's Dynamic tension exersices were similar. throw in some movement good point about breathing
so brilliant in its simplicity just understanding the body so many do this without knowing crazy but its the same technique used by a crying baby to build core strength...
