You should put red lights in the eyes. Its easy just use a combo of batteries and small christmas bulbs... That way it gives off the evil glow. Make sure to tint it red.
Interesting...how long does it take to handmade such a great panzerdress ? And how did you remodel the m16 ? I cant say how i would like such a costume ! Even I consider here in germany the police would arrest you, wearing this^^
