use audacity which is free and highlight an area where your not talking and go to effect menu and select REMOVE NOISE, then click profile noise, then you highlight the entire sound track and use the remove noise effect on it, it should remove most of the fan sound, and thx for posting this

@XxUnDeadLegacyxX OK so this is basically for everyone who is new to after effects/editing and cannot find twixtor. AFTER EFFECTS is like MW2. TWIXTOR is an add on, such as one of the map packs. You can either BUY Twixtor, or get it by some other means (not necessarily legal). That is all the hint I can give to you. Follow the install instructions from wherever you get Twixtor, and you should then be able to use it. Please don't ask where I got it though.

You might want to use RAM Preview instead of just hitting the space bar.

Using the space bar does not give you a true preview. If you look in your info window while playing back your footage, you'll see the playback fps dip every once in a while.
