it a law that was put into effect without any real proof and they were trying to convince people that pot smokers are dangerous lunitics and that pot made white women have sex with black men and made black men want to have sex with white women its a racist law that was put into effect with heavy support from the alchohol industry that had just been made legal again and saw something threatening its survival so its a dumb law that no unbiast person bothered to look into until recently
