The issue with the bills seems to be that it can be turned off at anytime, not during a "wireless war" so to speak... what alot of people are neglecting to notice is that if he were to turn off the transfer of data (turn off the internet) modern Interact, bank machines, Visa, American Express, Master Card, and all online buisnesses, would cease to exist in a second.
