  • Are these videos from a hidden camera??

  • @reitube2 -impresive answer, .... you'll start working tomorrow

    -Wow, really?!

-no, because i'm an actor, they are actors, those are hidden cameras and you are on MTV flash prank XD

  • if im the employer, i wont hire her.... she is a super great liar and super great in talking....

  • I wouldn't employ you. All your answers seem fake

  • "i have a natural tendency to ask people for money"

  • YOU interview them, or as a team. whatever.

  • why do you want to work here? i heard that men here had big swinging dicks and wanted to see for myself and i feel i have the skills and readiness to give a great blow job. do you have any references? yes i do i have a 4 page resume and references.

  • I hear there are a lot of hot chicks that work here and I'm hoping i can get laid. =)

  • blahhh. blahhh. blahhh.. does she know how to talk a pause, stop talking.. talk so much...

  • "I don't want to work here, I want money, the work is an unwanted side effect."

  • @inyourfacesociety HAHAHA. I might use that one actually. :P

  • the real answer is " I like to eat and live indoors".

  • Interview Tip #47: Talk so much that they'll do anything to shut you up.

  • I would have tuned her out after the Girl Scout cookie part.

  • I would be like stfu next question!

  • When I’m rocking back & forth, talking to Jesus, I hate it when someone interrupts me & tells me to get back to work. Don’t they understand? Sometimes you just have to stop what you’re doing & talk to Jesus. I think I’ll look for a different job.

  • Damn shit up. !!

  • find jobs online careerstartlocation .info ready to hire today

  • salespeople should all die

  • can talking with your hands be a killer too

  • I have bills to pay.....

  • WTF does a "great answer" have to do with how well someone would do a job? I could be very articulate/personable, but have no sense of responsibility or punctuality...and the same could also be true...not a great "interviewer," but have a work ethic and drive stronger than anyone's. So what's more important, "great answers" or great employees? What bullshit!

  • @Pariah2001 I feel you man/woman. Interviews are bullshit.

  • @nitotech Read this blog posting: hubpages Beyond-Politics Employers_Shut_Up_And_Listen

  • here's my answer "cuz I want to make sum foking dosh," gets the job every time

  • They asked "why do you want to work here?" not for your life story. And you should never say "all the time when I was growing up" - it just sounds really lame and childish. I would personally have fallen to sleep if she had given me this answer

  • She's good, but she's talking too much, loosing the impulse or momentum, talks too much with her hands & keeps repeating the same over & over... I thought the answers are supposed to be short, brief & concise... Someone tell me about this?

  • She's good, but she's talking too much & keeps repeating the same over & over... I thought the answers are supposed to be short, brief & concise... Someone tell me about this?

  • She is rambling and loosing momentum, You should keep it short and concise and relevant the question was not tell us about yourself, however halfway down the video she does a good job. My advise would be forget the first part of this interview.

  • I have a natural gift for asking people for money *insert evil laugh* LOL

  • Why do you want to work here?

    Coz.. I need money?

  • She was the 2nd best pick for the position. The one who said "I need money so badly that I'll refer to you as Master and get down on my knees everyday and suck your #$@%" got the job. True, don't you think?

  • "Why Do You Wan To Work Here"?.....Because I Need a Job You Idiot !!!! All That For a Crappy Job Is Usually The Case..

  • I almost pity this woman, Even though this whole thing is staged she looks sooooooo vunerable. Her answers are fresh out of the 60's. They don't work now.

  • I can't believe how full of shit these videos sound, these skills don't actually work... When I interview people for real jobs (40,50k a year jobs), these are the last people I hire, don't listen to them at all

  • I wouldn't hire her

  • I have to say the answer was way too long. I don't want to hear her resume all over again...I already have that in my hand. I want to know in less then thirty seconds why she chose this position to apply for. Giving me a verbal rundown of her resume does not do that for me. I would file her resume in my circular file after she left. This is a bad answer in my opinion.

  • 1:50 in and she FINALLY starts answering the question. Many technical positions have timed interviews where you have to answer as many questions as possible. Hint: Managers see their time as valuable, so don't waste it with bloated answers like this!

  • this is great! so recently i helped my sister get a job for coaching and she got it but the suckie thing about is she keeps the credit all to herself and share it to no one that i helped her and i think thats just a total B. Becuz i have always helped her out and its like she backstabbed me?

  • @shouayang

    Lay off the drugs.

No matter how many people you help, they will always take the credit. It's called life. Deal with it.

  • I wonder what happened after the interview ;). how she landed the job xp

  • I just realized this is for a non-profit organization.

Before I would have just said, if you tell them you need the money and feel you can handle it and things like "work well under pressure" or "quick learner" , you'd have a good chance, people like honesty.

But since this is non-profit ... eh kind of stuck. No wonder she just spoke about experience and not "I'M BROKE".

  • im applying in a cruiseship company, can u help me guys? thnx

  • she's not answering the question!!! she went straight to HER EXPERIENCES. The question is WHY YOU WANT THE JOB LADY!

  • Interviewers mind: straight anal finishing off with cream pie

  • XD "I'm a do-gooder at heart [...} For some reason, I have a natural gift for asking people for money!" Uh huh. Cause we all want to know that do-gooders are a bunch of mooches and gold diggers....

  • @PhoenixBlackthorn Ya, who would actually believe that, when they say that? If I followed tips from this video, then I guess I really DON'T deserve to get hired at all... in fact, I would never ever use any lines or quotes or derive anything even remotely closely related to this video.

I may not have any experience regarding the work force, but I wouldn't ever believe a single word that she said just by looking at her and her tone of voice.

  • @stretchypants123 I am in the industry, these people are easy to spot as liars. I know right off the bat if I hired her, she'd be taking coffee breaks every day, leaving early, coming in late, and making up excuses. I like to hire the person that cuts the bullshit and asks for their first task.

  • @smkipus What industry do you work for or what kind of industry is it?

  • just walk in there like "I WANNA MAKE BIG BUCKS" and slam your fists on the table to prove your right

  • @ImEuanAndIGotsSkeelz I'll do it!!

  • @ImEuanAndIGotsSkeelz lol! thats awesome. such a win-win situation.

  • Answer is way too long. The interviewer wants to get the interview done as fast as possible.

They dont want a whole back story. They want a short simple answer. 20 seconds long at most. Just a small brief reason why you want to work there. Small. Brief. If you make it too long, chances are you will still be looking for a job.

  • the first 2 seconds of the interview, the interviewer was already thinking of all the dirty things he wants to do to her

  • sooo, why do you want to work here? umm well i need a job why else idiot. lol

  • @totalpackage81 ahahaha

  • how in the world is that a good answeR?!! shes giving the story of her life.

if i were the interviewer, i would have stopped listening to her babble after a min.

the first minute and 45 seconds was unneeded.

  • @NoNiceNamesLeft I would too she was putting me to sleep with all that babble. I bet the interview was getting tired and bored lol

  • the best and short answer of this question is.''I WORK ONLY FOR MONY,IF YOU WANT LOYALTY.HIRE A DOG''.

just simple why too long and boring stories............

  • keep the answers short and to the point

  • sheezzz, what does sellling girl scout cookie or washing cars have to do with the question-why do you want to work here?? I am sure the guy's already thinking of where he's going to have lunch today...zzzzzzzzzzz.

  • way too long... he's not wanting your life story.

  • oh ,american people also tell a lie against such questions!!

every applicant on this planet thinks the same thing

  • get back to the kitchen please

  • Its All about to Tell a lie!!!!!!!!!!!

  • the question is "Why do you wanna work here? not Tell me about yourself."

  • I want to know why I want to work at Best Buy without saying "I need money and I'll bust my ass trying to get that money". I have no experience. :\

    This wasn't very helpful :(

  • Very useful content. Thank you very much.

  • Why do you have to lie in a job interview...I don't get it. All I want is to work and get a well paid job. Anyone can do a certain job as long as u get a proper training.

  • I have watched all the videos. And I found it really helpfull for those who are freshers.

  • I got my job in a very competitive field about 1.5 years ago thanks to your interview tips.

Very nice, simple and deadly effective.

  • i want to work here because i want to get a job...

    is it too obvious...???

  • Take down the highlights from the video and apply what you know and teach them to your students. Pls keep posting.

  • I do not think it is ever possible that it goes this smoothly on an interview. Interviews are such unpleasant experiences that one can hardly find two congruent words to say...i agree with snuffleluggigis

  • This is very useful clip.. Thank You

  • I am getting an interview at a bank today. If I get asked this question I will say something like, " I feel like I should work here because I am a quick learner, I know I will do a great job at doing whatever it is you ask me to do. I will work hard and accomplish my goals. I love the professionalism of this bank, when you walk in you can tell it is a very professional place to work and I think knowing that I will strive to work harder than I ever have before."

  • Very useful content. Thank you very much.

Please take some time to keep posting.

  • Just take off your top and jiggle your tits and you're hired!!

  • It should be "Cite" not "Site" - don't make a mistake like that on your resume.

  • Your insight is great – I like this video.

    Best regards

  • Thanks to your interview tips.

Very nice, simple and deadly effective.

  • Thank you very much about your video. Very straightforward and crisp.

  • Thank you very much about your video. They helped me a lot.

  • For fuck sake, I've got a job interview for the laundry division. What that the fuck am I gunna say about laundry?? "Oh yes, I like working with such products like, 'Bold' and 'Ace Bleach'."

  • @GibsonUlsterScot lmao ur comment was hilarious, i really wanna know what happened lol plz update :)

  • @nemesis4k Well, lets just say, I took a panic attack! And I fainted and started foaming at the mouth and had to get carted off to hospital..

..Only kidding lol But I did take a panic attack though =/ And I didn't get the job :( Not like I fucking wanted it anyway, the woman was a bitch..

  • @GibsonUlsterScot lol

i jus had a hr assistant co-op position interview and got the job on the spot but it wasnt b/c of these vids (mainly a combination of other interview vids) jus gather the important and good stuff from many vids and u should be good. i find that this guy's advice is the best... NescoResource. search him up on youtube.

  • STFU lady! if i was the interviewer id be like ohhkay nope!

  • Very useful content. Thank you very much. Just one small problem is the beginning but overall its useful.

  • Your insight is great - I for one would really appreciate some EXTENDED videos about interview process and other similar advice.

  • The absolute best insight I have ever received into the interview process. Very straightforward and crisp - you are truly a genius at what you do!

  • you said don't speed talk. who are the voices at the beginning and end of the tape, ppl in an undisclosed room spying

  • Thank you very much about your video. They helped me alot. Thank you!

Please take some time to keep posting.

  • I got my job in a very competitive field about 1.5 years ago thanks to your interview tips.

Very nice, simple and deadly effective.

  • "I just said that I'm broke so I need money and that's why I'm here. What other reason could there be? I'm pretty sure 90% of people want to be anywhere else but here."

They hired me because of my honesty LOL!

  • @MrZinty LOL I wish I had the balls to say that. It's the only true answer most times. :p

  • @gigantor21 I can assure you I was shaking lol

  • @MrZinty haha wait what company was it ?! i wanna work there ! lol!

  • Thank you so much, this is absolutely excellent and is a definite must see for grads. I hear your video and I feel so much more confident now and I was compelled to express my thanks.

  • ok im not even the employer and i got bored at 1:38 ...

  • The question is why do you want to work here? Need a short and brief answer only.

  • And the best best answer...you're white i'm white what more could you ask for?!?

  • this is the part of the interview where you lie until your conscience blushes.

  • my teacher told me to make answers short. that girl talks n talks so she failed?

  • The answers are going to depend on the kind of employers. Some of the don't like long talks, they want short and precise answers, for they have already set the time the interview is going to last, therefore, being brief is advisable.

  • Could someone help me write down what she said?

    Thank you very much

  • haha nice answer artifactingreality

  • 0:35 right... Next please!

  • wow she talks for everrrr

  • why not answer this from the point of view of someone whose first word wasn't 'Give us Money' and even someone that doesnt have the world of experience. if you have 40 years of experience it shouldnt be difficult to say why u want to work somewhere, try someone fresh out of uni with ZERO experince and then i'll be impressed

  • @iamdwtf Ya, I really feel that I didn't learn anything from this video... In fact, the only thing that stuck to my mind about this video was the opening line: "I wanna hire this person..." thought-process said out loud. That wasn't even part of the video at all. I think they should just take the opening and closing fillers out.

I'm going to graduate this year so I think I'll have to find some better videos out there other than this.

  • Way too long of an answer.

    Stay to the brief point.

  • @ cherina137 is it true..?

  • Well I heard that most of the people here are female in gender and their are a lot of multicultural people here. So, because I'm a white caucasian man, I'll be a minority and I'll be able to do any thing I want and get away with it and get paid well to do it to.

  • Use LinkedIn to connect with others that have worked at the potential company and ask them what the uniqueness of the employer is....then if that is a fit with what you are looking for, use those as very specialized examples of what you are looking for in your next company and state that you know that this place embodies these characteristics because of your (tremendous) preparation skills.

    :)

    Peggy McKee

  • This is a stupid question. A lot of job adverts are completely generic. They're for things like "retail assistant". You often don't know who the client is as you're just dealing with a recruiter.

You want to work their because you need to eat.

  • Wow, this lady is BORING. If I was the interviewer I'd be HOPING this thing would be over soon so I could interview someone with personality and personal style.

  • rambaling...........

  • job interviews is not really like this she seems to start dragging about her life and the question is still not answered

  • to long answer I think... it's not straight to the point ! but good anyway

  • I want a job and money. That's why I want to work here.

    Job Interviews are so superfluous.

  • It would have made my day if right at the end the interviewer said "geez that was a long answer... i nearly fell asleep there ... umm we like people who are honest and to the point and umm not full of shit... so ... yeah.. "

  • what a boring answer...

  • Which question was it again???

  • wtf is a good doer?

  • The reality is that most people on the planet only do because it is required of them. If this woman was the highest selling cookie vendor of her girls scout troupe, then you have 11 or so other girls that AREN'T.

This is a cream-of-the-crop interview that most people can't relate with.

  • Holy cow, the interviewer will have fallen asleep by the time you're done with your long-winded answer.

  • That is a very long answer... It has to be short and precise not repeating your own CV for them.

  • That was a terrible answer. Even though it's an interview, the interviewee would rather explain to you why you should work here. From there, you give your answer just restating and paraphrasing what they told you.

  • I realize some people are very good at interviews but when it comes to the real job. They fail.

  • tooooooooooooooooooooo long!!!!!!

  • question: why do you want to work here?

answer: I want your money and working for you is the easiest legal way to get it

    Swish.

  • lmao..

    good answer..

  • @artifactingreality I would hire you

  • @artifactingreality

Yes. Anything else as an answer is a lie.

  • @artifactingreality

    ur answer is nice

  • @artifactingreality lol, truth in most cases...lol

  • @artifactingreality BOOYOWWW!

  • nice job! With this question, you should sound interested for the job. Highlight your skills and experiences that the company seeks for in a job applicant. :) another great video after i watch "jobseeker revolution" video. I encourage you too should watch it.

  • Learning to spell 'cite' (i.e. attending to details) will help Denham Resources get the job

  • I thought you were supposed to be short and concise? Also, does she not talk with her hands a little too much?

  • She blinks a lot.. That usually means LIAR..

  • Just spread ur legs already

  • need subtitle plz!!!!!!!!

  • I agree that when you go for job interview you should dress to impress, but when it come to the job interview I think there is no wrong or right question,I see most of the people do not ask questions, I think you are in title to ask any question that way you do not set your self up

  • I think most jobs today are given to people by networking,

you have to know some one to get the job you realy like.

  • Definitley !!! i totalyl agree e,g, about 5 of my mates ages 17 applied at asda and the one that got the job was the 1 whos aunty worked there

  • @wkdlush07 its easier to hire someone whos spoken for by someone in the family for their legitimacy sorta like a mafia family.

  • I would hit that milf so hard. dame.

  • this chicks a total milf. i would hit that like theres no tomorrow.

  • to much talk about herself (i think). employers love to hear you talk about how great and wonderful they are.

  • she talks to much, sweety this isn't miss universe.

  • shes a milf
