The Bell sound is the key. Its talking about the sound you hear when meditation. the best way is to meditate in a dark room with no sound. you start hearing a bell sound consecrated on it and you start seeing lights.the sound gets louder. try to stay awake. It is not tendanidous a large % of people that believe they have tendanidous are finds out they have control over it after they find out how to meditate. Real tendanidous can not be controlled or turned off.
