You're an idiot. It's not a private server. They spawned in 3 different Patchwerks in 3.3 PTR to test the new gear, and patch changed. Did you even bother to read any notes of the ptr? Get the hell out until you know what you're talking about.

Im not sure what I glyphed, but Iirc it was a tier bonus or something - I don't play a cat druid on live, but I wanted to see what the hype about the rotation and everything was.

It's MSBT, It's built so it won't spam you with DoT ticks, like 500500500, instead saying 1500 3 hits.
