You have to wait 60 annoying seconds to download. If you have a free account you have to wait at least 10 minutes to download. So if your downloading a split archive rapidshare is one of the sites that takes the longest.

Megaupload is better for me because even though you have input a dumb key and wait 60 seconds. You can download the file and once you finish you can download another one without restrictions.

Both these sites suck for uploading too.

As an uploader its good too. You can easily upload multiple files at the same time. You can easily organize your files with its convenient manager. Its one of the only sites where a free account provides unlimited storage.

Also mediafire provides nice data of how much you uploaded and how many people have had accesed to your files. Since I share most of my files. I've had private files that no ones downloaded and they havent got deleted.
