  • lovely!!

  • amazin turnout!!!

  • awfull

  • your dancing is awesome! you have great rhythm.

  • i cant not stop watching your videos, you are amazing :)

  • 40 degrees??? Oh, you mean Fahrenheit. I was gonna say! 40 degrees centigrade ... icky!

  • Great that's nearly identical to my thrid step!

  • wow! You have terrific techinique and I love how precise all your movements are. I wish I could dance that well! Congrats on working your way up to such a high level!!!

  • scrumtious!

  • very good

the beginning reminds me of something from trinity

  • i envy you......

  • VERY GOOD!

  • I envy your turnout...

  • Agreed! I need to borrow some of his turn out!

  • Oh, and I see you are from Cleveland! Way to represent the buckeye state! lol, I'm from Burke Youngstown.

  • AMAZING! Your rythm is to die for, and ofcourse, you have all of the basics down to a science. I can only hope to dance this incredible some day. How did you do at AI's?

  • hi there!! I really like the end!

  • lovely!!:)

  • you have amazing turn out, it's unbelievable!

if you don't mind me asking, how old are you, and what level are you?

  • Waow... The beginning is SO impressive ! You're so talented ! Beautiful !! well done :) how long have you been dancing for ?

  • loved it! (and the ending was so cute!)

  • You look a bit taller than in your jig step posting! That could be why your legs look a bit straighter. Fun step and you do it well. It could be a matter of taste, but I'm a male Irish dancer and I prefer to get a bit higher up on my feet and point my feet more often (even in hardshoe). I think a stronger point really shows that you as a dancer really have control. I think that toe and the end would look much better with a pointed foot.

    Best of luck!

  • btw, ive got a question. my teacher tells me to pull my feet in and treble closer together, as well as keep the turn out. but i cant seem to do that... would you happen to know of any trick to help with that? i mean, i can bring my feet in and all, but i can't make the noise at all (my trebles are one beat, instead of 2 lol)

  • wow... and i thought i was doing well in hardshoe compared ot my classmates... daaaaamn. your really good! i love the end part with the "toe" in front. it looks cool! (pardon my facination, im still in novice... but i just go thtere so im ok i guess lol)

  • AS ALWAYS!!! AWESOME!!! will you come ova here to the states and give me some private lessons ??????? Ok OK I know that's reachin' .... can you just bottle up some of that rythmn and share it wit me??? :)

  • haha coming to the states wouldn't be that much of a problem seeing as i live in the states! where did you think i lived. totally - as soon as i can figure out how to bottle up rhythm i'm puttin it on ebay.

  • well my friend :) your profile doesn't say where yer from! Guess I thought you were from Ireland cuz you are always practising for all Irelands :) but silly me at yer level that's what ya do! OMG if you could sell your rythmn on ebay you'd be a multimillionair!!! I'd go into debt buyin' it all up!!! :) but since yer so nice I know youd just give me some seeing as you know I REALLY NEED IT!!! ;)

  • OH ya almost forgot speaking of profiles..... I know yer not 30 either!!! >snicker< you have way too much energy! lucky you!

  • hahah yeah definitly not - that was a mistake

  • >wink< too bad! if you were older......;o

  • try a vacuum. Lol

  • love it..how often do you practise..

  • thanks - well before a major competition i practice everyday, on the off months (few and far between) about three times a week.

  • you're amazing. how long hve you been dancing?

  • thanks so much! i'm about to start my 14th year of dancing.

  • brilliiianntt. =]

  • haha thanks - glad u like it!

  • your awesome what did you place?

  • Great step, I especially like the turn at the ending :).

  • thanks - yeah that's my favorite part too

  • I'm sorry to say this but you have ruined my ego. I thought I was a pretty good dancer previous to watching your videos. *sigh* damn. Lol great job :P Props!

  • haha don't think that - how long have you been dancing for? (p.s. thanks for the props)

  • I've been dancing for 5 years this September. Didn't start competing till last year though. (p.s. that props was most deserved :P)

  • I could watch over and over again!

  • what cd is that music from?

  • the bradley brothers second cd, not quite sure what its called tho

  • thanks, i'm going to a feis this weekend and wanted to get some different practice music.

  • omgosh i love that step!! So pretty!!

  • Hey, your a great dancer although my sister says your knees are a bit wide, but other than that your reaaaallly good, i cant really say much as im no where near as good as you! =P

  • brilliant!

  • wot dance school are you from?

  • murphy's in cleveland - what about you? are you a dancer?

  • hi i dance for hennigan oloughlin in england - essex

  • awesome. going to the worlds?

  • how do you keep them turned out? like is it something you have to be concious of all the time? i've just started dancing again and i noticed i don't always keep them turned out.

  • yeah you have to always think about it until it comes natural. i've always thought it helps to walk around for a while with your feet turned out so your muscles can really get a sense for what turned out feet feel like - that is if you wanna walk around like a duck for a while...

  • woohoo! lol, That was amazing :) great turn out

  • thanks!!

  • omg wonderful turn-out!!!

  • thanks!!

  • WOW you are REALLY REALLY GOOD.That was so amazing.

  • Woooow u're perfect!!! :o

  • thanks!!

  • record some more u r fab

  • yeah i'm gonna try to this weekend...

  • Wow. That's...hardcore. lol. You have incredible rhythm and footwork. Annnd turnout. The only teeny thing I noticed (not that you really need advice haha) was that you could've pointed your toes a bit more on that front click. Otherwise, though: wow.

Heh. I keep telling myself that someday I'll be able to dance that well.

  • thanks so much - i'm glad you like it. yeah sometimes my points can be a bit iffy...

  • hey great sound man! i love doing hornpipe the rythms you can create are ace with horn pipe! i guess i just love to dance in general although im more of a softshoe gal! comming from ballet and jazz it was hard for me too treble as i had never done tap but reel and slipjig came quite easily! good tip for the turnout thingy i think im going to have to try that! keeep on danceing!

  • wow, you really rock. I don't dance anymore but I used to and I love to watch you dance because I used to dance like you. It does kind of make me sad but in a good nostalgic kind of way. Please put up more videos soon!

  • i love it! its great! great footwork and sound! good luck at all-irelands!

  • wow great step and a great dancer

    wonderful fluidity and lift throughout

good luck at all-ires hopefully ill catch the rest of that hornpipe there!

  • thanks! you're gonna be at the all-irelands? are you dancer?

  • yup been dancing for 10 years

  • Awesome.

  • =-O Michael Flatley?

    Good job..

  • looks great! I wish such clear and loud sound. yeah my practice space is too small and brrr cold too! good luck @ all irelands

  • thanks!! yeah I made the biggest stage i could in my garage but its still pretty small

  • yeah a small space makes me get pretty creative on how I move a step. :) then I forget to do it right in class and the teach looks at me funny :O you have really great turnout (MY PROBLEM) any tips on how to keep the back foot turned out?

  • When I first started I walked around for like a week with my feet turned out - I know it seems ridiculous but it really helped my muscles get a feel for what turned out feet feel like. Another suggestion would be to go through some of the patterns in your steps in front of a mirror focusing only on turnout, making sure that every part is turned out exactly as you want it so you can see what that feels like. then hopefully you'll be able to apply that to other parts of your dancing.

  • ok yeah we have a walking turnout drill similar to that I do try to focus on turnout then everything else I'm tryin' to do right flies out the window heh heh thanks I'll try it some more :)

  • You are absolutely amazing!!! I wish I was that good but alas I am not lol..Good luck at the AI's!!

  • good job man, nice clear sound and execution. take care not to listen too much criticism from people who have never taught. each person has a unique body shape and as a result, dance style, perfect what you have and dont try to do things your body cant do.

  • Hi

Looks good so far, watch out your knees when you are trying to turnout as they get a bit open and bendy, well one of the reasons are also you thin legs. Get your click much higher and watch out your back heel when doing the cut in front -it is quite low. Good luck and work hard

  • hey thanks for the constructive critcism. my knees are always that way - i just try to hide it the best that I can. Usually my front kicks are over my head but i guess i just got lazy...

  • Yeah, I'm a dancer.

  • Great technique and rhythm!!!How long have you been dancing?

  • This is my thirteenth year of dancing. are you a dancer?

  • you have AMAAAAAAAAAZING turnout and rhythm! What school are you from? Good luck at the AI's! =]

  • murphy's - thanks for the compliment!!! Are you a dancer?

  • wow. you're awesome! And it's so nice to see a male Irish dancer. we don't have enough of them!

  • hey thanks - glad you liked it. are you a dancer?
