Yes the music serves well for this video and any other's that you can do here, It bring's happiness to my heart to see you guys are doing well, and what the mothers/family go through, but we persevere and stick together as family's in the good old USA do, bring us more of these videos. From a fellow veteran.
not everybody can do good for their country only the few and the brave, for many have tried but only few survived, so stand fast and be the best we can be, find out for yourself whats behind in that title that keeps them moving on?
Not true dude. All due respect to the corps, i love em. But they haven't been the "first to fight" since Korea. Vietnam was army public affairs who drew first contact and iraq the army's 3rd infantry division made first contact. Also Army Rangers were the first in to Afghanistan. My cousin is a marine. He says the Corps primary mission in Afghanistan is training the ANA. The army is a little better equipped and trained for mountain warfare thats whhy.
Itallian man's right. We marines like to say were the first to fight but sometimes...that's not always true. And yea...the army is way more modular...
Marines were the first ones in the big battles of Iraq for example, Fallujah, TharThar, Najaf, the army helped out the Marines once several sectors were secured. and what do u mean by modular?
Fallujah was a marine planned battle. The Army was there at the same time. 1st cav. My CO even took a picture with some soldiers under the infamous bridge where the 4 pmc bodies were hung : \. Modular being they can do a lot more different missions than the corps can. I'm not trying to be biased...I'm a marine myself...
i havent yet found a video of the army fighting at the same time as the marines i did see them 2 days later fighting but not the 1st day of the assault... Im not saying the Army sucks or anything but since you are a "marine" u should know that marines are the deadliest marines and have the longest and thoughest training for a reason
NO NO NO you got it wrong my friend. We the most badass fraternity in the world. :)
I remember when i joined and went to the MEPS station we were teasing the army recruits lol. We told them they were on the wrong side of the river ^_^
thanx for proving my point... you arent a marine, if u were u would've agreed cause marines have the thoughest training and are the deadliest.... if u dont believe me, search it yourself.
lol 13 weeks versus 10 weeks. I know bud. You may have a point that im not a marine... to be more exact im Reservist Marine (MOS 0231) in the 4th LAR 4th Marine Division. The Marines sell pride. We are the tip of the spear but we arent the deadliest force. SAC which was an Air Force thing was the deadliest force. Just because I don't have the gung ho like the rest of my brothers doesn't mean I'm not a Marine.
PineMartinAmerican: Go and take a ticket out to Iran and make sure to help plan the secrte landing. Then go run out into the desert with 1 gun and a few bulletts and one squadron which might not last. Oh, and you also have to kill a few hundred people. I will see you if u come back. Stop underestimating america and the troops! America forever and always!!!!
I went to a homecoming. My dad wasen't going to be there because he was still in Iraq(hes home now). I just went to see the happiness and joy. I never cry or show emotion but I wept that day.

/In our lives, we may be given a choice not to commit war crimes. Bush and Gonzalas memos have shown a policy of war crimes and torture in an illegal war. We all must decide if we will carry out illegal orders. Most Marines seemed to have become very willing war criminals. Like the Vietnam vets-or the SS under Hitler - they can expect no support when the smoke clears.

You got the fucking balls to call ME unpatriotic and you support an Arab prince kissing, homosexual, x-high school cheerleader president who met with Ted Haggard weekly - Ted Haggard - a junkie that used gay prostitutes! Closet homos are often ulta- religious and drunks - just like most Marines. They are drunks because of their denial. They became Marines to prove their manhood.
Watch the movie or play, "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof" to understand that way of thinking.
PineMartinAmerican.... I was about to block your comments, but instead I'll leave them up for everyone to see. You know that those men and women, that are dying overseas, are dying so you can have the right to post these idiotic comments. They are dying so that we have liberties we do. If you think they are so bad, why don't you pack up your things and move to the middle east where it is so much better. These men and women volunteered, not knowing where they'd be stationed, but to do what
You must be joking. They are not about "liberty"-they will attack the rightfully elected president of other countries. Marines in the US are the paid killers for the president who in turn is the "bitch-puppet" of the multi-national corporations. A marine will take your rights away as soon as defend them.
It was all about money! Mostly Dick Cheney's money - and don't forget the 13 Marines electrocuted because of Dick Cheney's criminal contractors put in defective wiring-the tip of the iceberg. Bush opposes whistle blowers. It is all about money-and the Marines are the bitch puppets of Halaberton and the Saudis.
these men and women did not choose where they'd be stationed or where they are deployed, the joined the services as volunteers. they gave up their every day life to become a part of something more than just a pay check. It's these type of men and women that stepped up during our revolution, and stepped up during the civil war, and stepped up during WWI, WWII, Vietnam, Korea and now the middle east. If it weren't for these people, you would be hung publicly for making the comments you just did
