so totally in line with that book you were reading, that any veggie-being can be any of these things yet they approach the goals in many different ways, accomplish a similar form. You have to admit its pretty neat! If you looked from way above its sort of like all those vegetables are fighting for space. Yet we can look at the layers and see that they are trying to create a stasis using different methods and often working together even together against other systems.
I agree full heartily on the topic of trees other then vines trees are generally of the opinion that they should be a bigger-tree. Thats why I asked about the tree classification before because species classification in trees becomes overwhelmingly complicated! but other then vines which intentionally climb things not support them selves, the tendency towards becoming a "tree" is always that of a plant trying to get up outgrow in the long run the things beside it. But there are limitations cont.
from gravity and plant structures that cause any plant that attempts this to take on the attributes of a "tree". Its a homeostatic niche for any plant. Similarly in grass and reeds there is a homeostatic niche for outgrowing but staying small. And interestingly when "grasses" became "trees"(Bamboo!) it took on the attributes. Though it achieves the goals, of branching for example, much differently. It still developed into niche form in the system which other amazingly separated plants achieved.
Feeling sexual, and sexuality in itself, are completely different things than sexual desire. If I am feeling sexual, I may dress in a sexy manner. This happens regardless of external opinion or observation. I can be at home, in solitary confinement, and still feel the desire to dress provocatively. I may not want dick, at that moment, however. Nor may I want anyone's opinion of my personal appearance. My sexuality is internal; rarely infulenced by others. Or perhaps I just turn myself on.

Systems and cycles, we'll get it all figured out someday. Maybe then, it will stop being a system of a down.
