hey man love your playing!! what kind of pedal do you have? ive been looking for one that allows me to switch sounds quickly. message me back and let me know please!
are there like notes or tabs that i can find for my friend? i want him to learn how to play this but if he does it by ear, it'll be good, but not perfect.
Hmm sorry but i want to ask one more thing does the m-audio prokeys 88 supports that changing mode, and if not which pedal i can use to change the effects
you must have take out this by earcaus ther is no fucking way that someone has done this good sheets. you should search to berkley or how you spell it, i think you should fit good there..
this is quite good. the only criticism i have is that when you get to the part at 2:20, Jordan adds some chords underneath the lead run. other than that it was near perfect
Very nice...now hopefully my girlfriend can learn it from this and teach it to me...he he he...here's hopin! good show meng...my fav piano part in LTE /m\
Does anyone have sheet music for this? It would be greatly appreciated.
(I'm making a Mario Paint Composer version of the entire song, or at least as much of it as I can before I die from lack of a life, which I'll hopefully post...eventually.)
I didn't like the sound you used for the last section you played. A bit busy for me. But the playing and execution of this piece of music is exceptional. Well done :)
Five stars! Congratulations! Keep up the good work! But I have a question. How did you make this patch changes in the middle of the music? You used the pedal? Wich switch did you use?
I have a Fantom X8 too, thats why I'm asking you this.
Great, great, great job! As a keyborardist, I hope that one day I will be able to play something like that too; for the moment, I can just admire your amazing skill, dude...
I wonder if this is the real synthetiser Jordan Rudess use for his sounds? I got a Triton Extreme myself but I just can't do Solos like Rudess!! Do you have any hint for me?
Not speed up. This seems really fun to play. Great job. Did you assign the pedal to cycle through different patches? If you did, could you help me out on how to do this. It would be a big help. Keep it up man.
Hello Christoph, i also admire liquid tension experiment, and you did very well playing it. But I have a question concerning live playing with my fantom x. I suppose that you're changing the sounds in this live setting with the control pedal. But how did you adjust it, is it "prog up"?. If yes, then why does it change only performances/patches in row, not the live setting? Also, in live settings, it takes too long to load the sound, i see that your x8 changes the sound immidiately.
Oh yeah, the word "excellence" comes to mind! Especially on a machine as beautiful as one from the Fantom X line.. I had an S-88 myself until recently. Great playing. Up the irons!
You seem to play very nice but we don't hear that much your own keyboard sound. It would be better if you had used a MIDI backing track without the keyboards instead ;)
Cool exactly the part I wanted to see up close. Your awsome...

morto231 2 years ago
yes its a normal pedal!
you can use it to change effects if your keyboard supports to configurate the action of the pedal.... for example the roland fantom x 8
there you can say to the keyboard that you change the settings with the pedal.... you could also change the rythm or something else...
doof321 2 years ago
there are many possibilties...for example Roland Dp2
but its important that your keyboard supports to set the switch to change the performance modes
sorry for my terrible english, I'm 17 and from Germany ;-)
doof321 2 years ago
:D the roland dp2 is a damper pedal i need one to change the effects on the keyboard if you can tell me one plz
Josepianoplayer 2 years ago
it doesn't matter.... just a normal footswitch....

Exactly how would you write these tabs, and why would you? It doesn't seem like it would be very efficient.
When I was a kid I had some books with tabs for piano. I just didn't figure any adult actually used them :S

1)press shift+enter to get to the menu
2)press regist to fix the patches in order
3)assign 2. pedal to ''live set up''
use the menue:
pedalMenu--pedal/dbeam--control pedal assign:live set up

Try recording without the playback, it's too hard to make out what part of it is yours.
At the times it's more distinguished, it sounds like you're out of sync.
Sorry, would be happy to see a repost though.
