So, Um I Tried This Method Step By Step And I Didn't Get It. Tried 2 More Times And The Same Thing. This Blows.

for everyone who wants to get this trophy by selecting the checkpoint, it will not work, because it gives you a regular gun and there are no electric guns around, but you dont have to play the whole mission, like it says in the description, just select the chapter (Tharsis Refinery) then select cross facility shipping as the checkpoint, then take a few steps back and the electric gun is on a rack, then just run foward, and skip the shooting things that fly and reach the elevator

@fagerbag then after the cut-scene you can shoot the 3 people, just make sure you never switch weapons until you shoot the three guys, there, that's it. hope i helped!

@Simcler You can pick up the gun (after defeating the "heavy") from the "heavy" or you can find it on a few weapon racks after theat point in time.

another easy spot is where the first intel is found you pretty much just got the electricity gun just shot the power thing to get out the big tub walk in fry 2 guys walk through after charging hold down and fry 3 in a row :)

thanks for the help with this one ! theres another way to do this... go to the checkpoint just before you have to kill the heavy pick up his electric gun whatever its called go into the containers...take a ride in them turn off the electricity field ect then when u jump down theirs a stairway to your left follow that up where you are in the room...there i think you should find one of the intel there then u go into the second room and theres 3 guys in the corner ! then u do what u gotta do

u get the electric gun just arfter u kill the heavy gye with the electric gun then when hes dead go up to him and pick it up

The big guy you with electricity gun drops it after he dies. He appears after you come down with the elevator.

You don't have to play through the whole level. Just start at cross facilty shipping checkpoint and there will be an electricity gun near you.

for anyone trying to get Easy safari hunter trophy ( melee 14 differnt helghast) each helghast has a differnt gun melee them or just melee all u see hope this helped

after slaying the heavy carrying this gun, you have to go in one of those barrel-kind-of-things which takes you to the next part

on your way there you see helghast everywhere, and at one point a group of them on your right side

thats where i got the trophy anyways

ya just melee every type of Helghast soldier pretty much.u don't have to melee the bosses just the different type of soldiers.

by the way don't forget to melee one of the sniper too.cause that's usually the one people miss most.

ya those too you have to melee.pretty much any solider you have seen, besides the bosses you have to melee.

yea u can, go to mission select from the main manu and you can pick anyway mission and checkpoint that u already did

great vid, but i found it easier to do this on the warehouse level in the beginning. the part where it has the two soldiers talking and the screen prompts you to cook the grenade...well i lined up the shot on the guy facing you, then shot the second guy in the "red" when he was peeking out from cover. then the third guy was standing on the overlook shooting so i took a second to line up the shot to get him.

It's the checkpoint right before you go into the little buckets to travel. One checkpoint description says something along the lines of "Sev took an unusual transportation" or whatever, so it's the one prior to it.

no you get it in the level before . and its not really in your face its acually behing a crate in the rack

The gun is extremely in-your-face available at one point in the level. You really shouldn't need any help there.

You have to do it in 1 sitting. Reloading a checkpoint resets the counter.

you use the bolt gun and just shoot 20 soldiers with it and you get the trophy

i got the trophy just by shooting 20 you dont have to stick them to the wall when you shoot it takes them til they stick to something and thats all you need they can stick to the ground or anything doesnt matter but every shot they stick to something so its pretty much just shoot 20.

Something you might wanna add, the VC5 Electric Gun is available on a Weapon Rack directly after the Processing Plant (Or something similar, no.4 I think) Spawn Point.

Just rechecked, the closest spot is a Checkpoint called 'Cross-Facility Shipping', and the VC5 is in a Rack to your right almost directly after the start.
